Zhiyuan (5/5): You pay what you get, things looks good on PAPER but if you have better choice at the same price don't book this. - Very close distance to the downtown area. Everything is small, things looks good on paper but it is very cringe when actually using it. Toilet has issues, balcony is tiny, internet is slow AF, street is dirty lot's of black people hanging downstairs in the afternoon and have a reported case for a girl got raped during the stay. The streets are doing repair work during the weekend in morning, WTF.
Ulla (5/5): Passable - Cooperative host nice welcoming very friendly option of early check in was possible very helpful since we had a young child Bed sheets towels were very clean The neighbourhood is not good There were junkies and drug dealers Not family friendly at all The building needs renovations The entrance smells bad The bathroom needs reparation although it was clean The flat and balcony needs a better deep clean There were dead insects under the glas of the table We did not spot any garbage containers in the street Kitchen towel was not clean
