• Keith (10/5): Fantastic - For first-timers in London, the location was amazing!!! Right next to paddington station, which got us to every site with little to no train changes. Cafés, restaurants, and pubs right there were great for the days we just wanted to relax. The home is stunning and extremely modern! Also, free parking right there was great! The Hive team was extremely helpful with any questions and recommendations!I couldn't recommend it enough!!! Nothing

Volvería sin lugar a dudas. Alojamiento tal cual a lo mencionado en la descripción e imágenes. Podría ser útil tener un colgador en el hall de entrada para dejar abrigos, paraguas y zapatos en ese nivel ya que la mayoría de los dormitorios está en pisos superiores.

• Madhumi (9/5): Perfect home in the perfect location, would definitely stay again! - Clean, spacious, high-quality home in an excellent location. Quiet in the property and on the mews, but just a few steps away for restaurants, shops and Paddington station! Also great to have 4 double bedrooms on different levels, with the communal living and kitchen space in middle - meant the late risers could avoid the noise! Great input from owners who were very responsive to our messages and needs. Not a dislike but would have been useful to have bins and hairdryers in each room, and an iron for use.

All’ingresso troviamo un bagno senza doccia e una camera con cabina armadio e bagno privato con doccia. Salendo le scale, si apre un ampio open space con divano e tavolo da 8 persone, ideale per momenti conviviali, e una cucina con penisola super accessoriata e ben fornita, che abbiamo utilizzato più volte per cucinare. Al secondo piano ci sono una camera matrimoniale grande, una camera matrimoniale più piccola (adeguata per due bambini o adolescenti) e un grande bagno con doppio accesso, dotato di ampia vasca e doccia, di cui uno degli ingressi direttamente dalla camera matrimoniale grande. L’ultimo piano ospita una bellissima camera da letto con terrazza privata, perfetta per godersi un momento di relax. La casa è di recente costruzione e dotata di impianto domotico, che ha reso tutto molto pratico e moderno. La comunicazione con la proprietà è stata eccellente, sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere rapidamente tramite WhatsApp. La posizione è ideale: a due passi dalle principali connessioni ferroviarie e metro, ma in una zona super tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per chi cerca comodità senza rinunciare alla pace. In sintesi, un alloggio moderno, spazioso e funzionale, perfetto per gruppi o famiglie, che consigliamo vivamente. Sarebbe utile aggiungere appendi asciugamani nei bagni e un appendino all’ingresso per i giacconi. Inoltre, tenete presente il frequente utilizzo delle scale, soprattutto per il primo trasporto dei bagagli, che può richiedere un po’ di fatica.

• Mansour (9/5): Great place to stay - Spotless clean, modern (lights and air conditioning are all digital), facilities and supplies are available and are in great condition. Staff are helpful and communication was perfect. Very quiet area. Restaurants and supermarkets are just next door. House design especially the distribution of rooms and bathrooms among 4 different level.

Perfect for the overground and the underground stations. The only negative we had was the bedroom on the top floor could have used a darker curtain.

It’s modern, classy, clean and in an extremely convenient p - The property was immaculate and in a great, central position to visit most places in London. The house had everything needed for a relaxed comfortable stay. The little front garden of the property could be smarter, some litter from the street around. This didn’t impact on our stay at all, just my observation.

• Evangeline (8/5): Cannot beat the location of this property - Excellent location Georgi was very responsive Place was clean and just what we needed for two families to enjoy London There are points for improvement I cite for the next question below but overall we would stay in this property again. Hot water for showers would run out at times , Could use little more supply of toilet paper and paper towel and laundry detergent. The property could use a new pan for simple cooking . More instruction on locking front door would be helpful since the mechanism is unfamiliar / unusual.

• Abdulrahman (10/5): Its home - The smart system of lighting and temperature, the modern style, very flexible, friendly stuff, checked in with ease and checked out with ease, no complications, I advise it for any group of more than 3. The stairway leads up three floors, and its narrow space makes it difficult to carry large or heavy luggage.
