- beat (4/5): ein zweites mal gibt es nicht. preis leistung stimmt nicht. - die lage. das haus war sauber. die villa ist leider nicht mehr beautiful. es ist mehr ein stark sanierungsbedürftiges objekt, abgenutzt und alt, abgewetzte wände, gelbe decken (von rauchern?). quitschende türen, böden die gieren und einiges mehr. an den vermieter: der zugang entlang den abfalleimern ist nicht sehr einladend. einchecken ab15.00 uhr ist uns mitgeteilt worden. wir kamen um 17.00 uhr und die reinungsarbeiten waren noch im vollen gange. das geht nicht.

There was limited toilet paper and dishwashing tabs and the property needs some maintenance. For example, the toilet door upstairs does not shut, garden needs attention (weeds etc) and their were cigarette buts in ashtray on outside table
