• Ekin (10/5): - Ev oldukça temiz ve tüm eşyalar yeniydi. Evde ihtiyaç duyabilceğimiz tüm malzemeler mevcuttu. Konstantina ile sorunsuz bir iletişim kurduk, mesajlarımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Merkeze 25 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi ve toplu taşıma kullanmadan tüm şehri gezebildik. 5 günlük turistik bir gezi planlamıştım. Bu yüzden evde limitli bir vakit geçirdim. Bu sebeple ev beklentimi karşıladı diyebilirim. Ancak evde daha fazla vakit geçirecekler için: Evin güneş almıyor olması benim için sorun olmadı ama sizin için bir problem ise gözden geçirmenizi öneririm.

• Cindy (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Logement propre et fonctionnel, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer quelques jours. Le quartier n'est pas le meilleur mais il est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro, ce qui est très pratique. La literie est confortable. Dans l'ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix J'avais demandé si nous pouvions laisser les bagages avant 15h (éventuellement en payant un supplément) et on m'avait répondu que l'on me communiquerait les instructions le jour de mon arrivée. Au final il n'était pas possible de laisser les bagages et l'appartement n'était finalement disponible qu'à 15h30 au lieu de 15h.

• Stefany (7/5): Suficiente - El lugar es central apenas para un par de días en Atenas tiene cocina suficiente para hacer cosas básicas y la cama es cómoda tiene plancha y secador de pelo lo cual fue útil El baño definitivamente debe ser arreglado te bañas y se sale toda el agua y todo se vuelve un desastre con una sola toalla para el piso que nunca se seca ya que no le llega el sol así que toca mantener la luz encendida había una construcción cerca que empezaba a las 8 am y necesitan limpiar bajo la cama meter la mano allí o se te cae algo da miedo

• Lily (10/5): Cosy central apartment. - Cosy little property, tucked away in the centre. It had everything we needed for our nights stay. All sites are in walking distance. Clean, cosy and perfect!

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The internet connection was excellent — fast and reliable — which made streaming on Netflix and getting some work done very easy. The apartment felt like a home away from home, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout our stay.

The location is unbeatable — just minutes away from major landmarks like the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, and lively neighborhoods such as Plaka and Monastiraki. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and quiet atmosphere at night, despite being in such a central area.

• Catia (7/5): Carino qualcosa da migliorare - L'appartamento è carino, buona la posizione Non era pulitissimo, il balconcino sarebbe comodo ma piove acqua dai condizionatori in alto, quindi ho trovato le scarpe bagnate la mattina, da su un pozzo luce. Nel frigo non c'era neanche una bottiglia d'acqua e questo potrebbe essere migliorato per l'accoglienza, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato negli altri appartamenti del nostro tour

• Jose (8/5): Very good - They need to replace the refrigerator because it freezes all the food. We had to throw away some items. It would be nice to have a toaster. In the mornings, there is some noise from the pigeons that enter the interior courtyard. We didn’t use the air conditioning much, but the noise should be considered in summer because the compressors are very close to the apartment’s courtyard.

• Piccatto (7/5): Ok for the price, wouldn’t use it again - The apartment was clean, space was sufficient for two people, you can walk to the city center. Communication with the host was quick and clear. Price very low, although not that much cheaper than other apartments. The apartment only has windows facing in between dirty buildings. Same for the balcony, which is basically unusable unless you really like pigeons. Although the area is relatively central, it is probably the roughest looking in Athens. Also there are currently construction works in the apartment nearby, so we couldn’t sleep past 8.00 AM.
• Παυλοσ (6/5): Elatively good but with functional problems! - It is located in the center of Athens and one can visit many places on foot. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the shower faucet and there is no mixing of hot and cold, so you cannot take a bath. We stayed 4 days and the towels were not changed as a result because the sun didn't reach the apartment either (it's at the back of a block of flats) so we couldn't dry them, so the towels on the 3rd and 4th day were almost useless and we couldn't we will use them. .We asked for extra pillows because we have a problem with our neck and while there were extra pillows in the closet, they didn't give us pillowcases. The highlight was that the apartment next door was being reconstructed and from 7:30 in the morning machines were working (compressors, etc.), hammers, voices of workers, etc., with the result that we got up very early in the morning and our online meetings that we had, could not be held because of the noise. In December we stayed for 10 days and we were very happy this time we were disappointed. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the shower faucet and there is no mixing of hot and cold, so you cannot take a bath. • Rebeka (8/5): Very good - Small and cosy apartment near metro station and in a walkable distance from the city centre. Well equipped (air conditioning, hair dryer, kitchen..) with very comfortable bed. The owner gave us all necessary information and was always ready to answer any questions. We just missed the kettle, but easily managed to boil the water for the tea with other kitchen equipment.

Maybe nice for a couple or a group for a long stay In the first night, I saw a couple of drug addicts nearby the apartment. A person in a neighbourhood shop said this area is not so safe with some drug addicts; because their medication centre is nearby. At that night, there was a loud party going on till 2-3 am and I heard someone came up stairs at 3:15 am. I kept the light on and checked the doors lock but could not sleep at all. Also it was a freezing night. Even with max air conditioner (turbo), I was freezing all night. The landlady said it’s unusual to see drug addicts in this area. Maybe. She also suggested to bring duvet for me. But the most important for me is the safety and to have an accommodation that allows me to have a nice relaxed holiday. So, I moved out to other accommodation and the money for my rest of stays was not refunded.

• Ah (10/5): I’d like to come back staying there again if I go back to Athens - Everything in the apartment is very tidy and I like it. Very close to the center and whenever you’re hungry in the middle of the night, there are few restaurants open near by. Nothing to dislike. I’m so blessed to stay there.

• Gerasimos (10/5): Center located apartment for a weekend in Athens. - Clean and modern apartment. Very spacious in center location. The owner responding to messages for securing everything is fine. Well the center of Athens needs some attention especially at night. It might be useful providing information about the name of the door bell or how to open the entrance for delivery guys.
