• Serge (7/5): Overall, it was pretty good, but there was one flaw. - Overall, it was pretty good, but there was one flaw. It was quite dirty, and it was obvious that cleaning wasn't done or was done poorly. This really spoiled the comfort of the stay. Lack of cleanliness.
• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic apartment located 15 mins from Milan Centrale - Fantastic apartment was clean spacious and had great amenities. Overall room was fantastic with kitchen and a little balcony. Had a tv also where you can watch Netflix/youtube. Bathroom was great struggled to find a good price with own bathroom as didn’t want to stay in hostel and this was fantastic value for money. Felt safe in the neighbourhood as I was solo travelling. Literally two mins from the metro which took you in to Milan centrale in about 12 minutes. Hosts were fab and sent me a WhatsApp to keep in touch and check everything was okay and throughout the stay. Only feedback would be there didn’t seem to be a waste basket in the apartment. Very minor and something easily corrected. Initial video sent on how to access apartment and found the inside door to the actual apartment quite fiddly feedback sent to mention there is an extra click when turning door which is required for door to open fully. Lastly the bed was a pull down bed but as I havnt come across that in the Uk was unsure on how to open as didn’t want to break. There is a lever to the right which releases it. Again video or manual suggested for future. All very minor and easily resolved would highly recommend this to others
