- Anne (10/5): It was perfect for our large multi-generational family group. - We were a multi-generational family group wanting to stay close to our Aussie family. This accommodation was perfect. Management organised for all of our seperate apartments to be on the same floor. It was a short, direct drive to extended family and there was plenty of street parking for our vehicles. Also management were easy to contact when we had any queries.

- Shashini (8/5): - Our previous accommodation we booked on Booking.com was cancelled by the hosts just hours before our stay, however booking.com found us this alternative based on my requirements. The property manager was very quick to respond and the checking process was a smooth one. They even arranged us parking at the parking stacker very quickly. We stayed on level 2 and the apartment was clean. We didn’t notice any sound. The kitchenette didn’t have any spices or other utensils were limited.

- Lakshman (1/5): Don't fall for this fake advertising. Balcony photos were fake. Balconeys you wont enjoy - It was difficult to find location no signage. Received email with instructions but not clear. there is awful link to open the door which need to press the link multiple times to open the door. if reception is bad door wont open. Entry wasn't that pleasant. Apartment wasn't cleaned and smelly.Beds were substandard. Though property rated higher rating seems like they were fake and paid ratings. I don't normally comment on properties i stayed but I don't want someone else fall for it. Beds were cheapest you could find in the market and mattress even same. if two people sleep on one bed, other person is awake if one person move or rolled on the bed because substandard mattress. Was advertised with balcony, but balcone has nothing to see other than lattice fence up to head height. it was like dog cage. No bins located within the building. You need to carry bins bags through the street around the block to reach the bin.The only window on one bedroom were disgustingly dirty see photo.

Inconvenience with allowing access for maintenance person as we were constantly out at an event.

Great access to trams with direct line from outside the front door, all the way to Flinders Street Station and the CBD. 25 to 20 mins only. Also only 18 to 20 mins from the airport. A very nice apartment overall. The only issues we had were: 1). Difficulty with wifi. There were 3 or 4 networks offered but they were constantly dropping in and out, which made things rather difficult for us. 1A) I did not.particularly like having to use an online link on my phone to open the main door to the building. Because of the lack of stable wifi in the apartment, we were forced tonuse up our roaming data, which meantbon 2 occasions ai was not able access the building. Luckily my wife was in sonI was able to use the intercom and she came down and let me in. A key fob was offered as an optional access device, so next time I would take that. 2) as we were there for 11 nights we could have done with some more washing powder / sachets and dishwashing liquids.

Plenty of food and cafes in immediate precinct. Comfortable and clean, easy access with digital entry. Entry foyer, outside could be tidier and more attractive. Lots of leaves and scattered rubbish. Broken letterboxes. Delay on door opening here was disconcerting when on own. Cupboards inside need knobs or child latches repaired.

Short walk to beautiful Queens Park Would have been thoughtful for owner to have just a few basics in the cupboard that you wouldn’t think of packing or needing to buy, I.e. salt and paper. Small thing really. Took a while to get our heads around the apartment door entry procedure. I guess it’s all about being familiar with these security measures. We had many laughs in the corridor.
- Sita (3/5): - We were disappointed with our stay at Queensview 168 Apartments, Moonee Ponds. We stayed for several nights and found the double bed too small to comfortably share with my husband and our 3-year-old child. The furniture was old and not very comfortable. The TV (TCL) remote was not functioning well. There was only one air conditioner in the living room, and it was extremely hot. We had to sleep with the bedroom door open as there was no fan or other cooling option, and the temperature could not be set below 22 degrees. The electric kettle was leaking, and there was no proper rubbish disposal bin provided, which was inconvenient. The most difficult part of our stay was the access and parking, which caused a lot of stress. Overall, it was a sad and disappointing experience for our family.
- Chris (9/5): - Access to the building was meant to be via a text message and URL for electronic entry; however, this did not work. I attempted to speak with someone, which took some time, and I was left waiting until the cleaner provided a physical key fob. Once I had the fob, access worked without any issues. Apart from the initial access problem, the place was very nice and conveniently located close to cafés. Access to the building and no personal support.

- Kristina (4/5): unsafe area and photos look nothing like the display photos on booking.com. - bed was comfortable, it was quiet and close to service station and trams. Good supply of kitchen utensils if looking to do a longer stay and bathroom and bedrooms were good size. Host sent the instructions late so we couldnt access the building at 10pm which he gave us attitude when we had to get in contact with him. The bathroom floor wasnt vacuumed so there was previous tenants body hair on floor and in bed. Entry door system is extremely dangerous as it was laggy and couldnt access quickly or lock it behind you either. Room came with balcony which was locked and inaccessible. photos dont match the actual apartment either.

The apartment is spacious and has everything I need. Cooking facilities beyond exceptional standards. I can cook healthy and enjoy my healthy meals. Sleep well 😴 and I couldn't want anything better. The management are exceptional. Great communication and always helpful. I definitely recommend this to anyone that values peace and quiet but also needs necessity. The team at Queensview have thought of everything- very well done- no suggestio0ns.

The apartment was comfortable and well maintained, great location for getting into the city. Nice walk to the park and some nice cafes. The call2access door lock was a bit unpredictable. We were finding it difficult to get in sometimes despite following the instructions. There was another family staying in the apartment having the same problem.

The complex of apartments were clean with great security. Our apartment was spacious, clean with a huge balcony. 2 bathrooms were great and there was a fully equipped kitchen. It was in a great location with a small supermarket and eateries just across the road. The only thing we would suggest is the apartment needs some window coverings in the lounge as it was wet and cold in Melbourne and hard to keep the apartment warm (without leaving the heater on during the day)
