• Anna (4/5): Mam słabe wspomnienia z pobytu w tym apartamencie - Apartament dosyć obszerny i wygodny Nie podobało mi się dużo rzeczy: zapchany zlew w kuchni , brak ciepłej wody w kuchni, brak gąbki do mycia naczyń, ręczników kuchennych, na cały pobyt tylko 2 małe rolki papieru toaletowego, materac w łóżku już mocno zużyty, wpadało się do niego.
• Schiau (4/5): - Bad smell ,no hot water, booked for 3 place for 2 then finally they bring some linen for uncomfy sofa! Wi fi not working The only bad thing in cyprus was this apartment...not recomended The apartmemt is 10 years older than in pictures ,lots of things broken or not working ,after booking you have to place a deposit with was hiden enough in the booking steps.....i will never come back 100%

• Aleksandra (1/5): Stressful stay – not worth the money or nerves - I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone who values their peace or wants to enjoy their vacation. If you decide to stay here, prepare yourself for a lot of disappointments, stress, and misleading communication. They take a €200 deposit, and from that moment on, it feels like they are trying to scam you in every possible way. I booked an apartment that clearly stated it had 3 beds, and I even messaged them in advance asking for two separate beds since I was traveling with my dad. Instead of simply preparing it (which should be standard), they told me they would only do it for an additional €30, despite this being listed as part of the apartment features. When we arrived, nothing was prepared as requested. Later, the entire power went out in the apartment, and it took them over three hours to do anything, all while we sat in the dark, in high temperatures, without air conditioning. Their "technical support" was not only unhelpful but also lied to us multiple times about calling an electrician — we later found out the electrician had been notified an hour before he arrived, not immediately, as we were told. Or blaming everything on the government of Cyprus … while neighbors, the staircase or all the buildings around had electricity. The truth was that the main switch of the electrical installation broke down for this apartment and the electrician couldn’t fix it on the spot. We were eventually offered a relocation to a different apartment, after so many hours of waiting but it didn’t match the original location or sleeping setup — just one large bed and an unusable sofa, far away from the city center. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was completely unreliable, so if you plan to work remotely: forget it. You would think that they will offer some sort of a compensation for all that happened… you are wrong !
• YEHONATAN YONI (2/5): Don't. - Only location. Review of the stay Unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The apartment looks modern and well-maintained in the photos, but in reality, everything is worn out. The furniture is unstable and creaky, giving the impression of neglect. The entrance and balcony were covered in pigeon droppings, which was very unpleasant. To make matters worse, loud music from a nearby store played until 1:00 AM every night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bathroom and shower were in terrible condition. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, and the water leaked directly onto the floor. On my very first day, I slipped while stepping out of the shower. I was lucky not to injure myself seriously — I managed to grab onto the toilet lid, which broke as a result. They charged me €200 from my deposit for this lid, even though the entire bathroom is in such poor condition that it clearly doesn’t justify such a cost. After this unpleasant stay, I found another apartment with a sea view, newly renovated, and at a lower price — a huge difference in comfort and value. Conclusion: I do not recommend staying in this apartment. It’s not worth the stress, the health risks, or the money.

• Cobzaru (10/5): Impressions - A very well placed apartament in Larnaca, near to the Saint Lazarus Chirch. Cleaned and cosy in each detail. After all, a very good impression. It should have a boiler during the bathroom as the water does not get warm from the sun, which lacks for days.

• Cristiana (7/5): Good value for money, awesome location - Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from everything else you might need. They even have a discount at the coffee shop downstairs, which can definitely make the mornings a bliss. Loved the roomy apartment with terrace, fully equipped kitchen, and necessities (from iron board, clothes iron, hair dryer, etc), even with outlet adaptors in case you didn't pack any (we didn't). Comfortable bed, slept like angels 😇 The bathroom wasn't clean at all, mostly the shower area, but it looked like some remodeling was planned (check before booking, we stayed here off season so might be done by the time the season starts). Definitely some water infiltration issues, which left a moldy residue, mold on the lower end of the shower basin, and some of it got through the walls since there was a nasty smell coming from one side of the wardrobe in the bedroom. Shower curtain was moldy and black on the lower end. It took a while to figure out how to get the hot water going, but the owner was very prompt to help out with instructions.
• Bond770 (8/5): Very good - All was good! In next flat 4 days from the morning masters made renovation, it was very noisy. Also near the appartments is music bar with songs till 3 am, and people living this music pub speaks very noisy, some nights we couldnt sleep!
