- Rohan Dinesh (1/5): Bad behavior from staff - Extremely poor response by Ms Rosy. She was extremely rude and asked us to cancel our booking. I have take up the case and reported the matter to all concerned. The property is good but the staff needs a lot to learn. Ms Rosy was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely chaos and confusion when we went to check in. Booking.com needs to confirm the correct bookings and such hosts need blacklisting. This led to 04 children and an elderly woman accompanying us stranded for over 2.5 hours.

- Brandon (6/5): not as good as it looks or sounds, not a goodd experience at all. - a decent view They provided only 2 bath towels, no floor mat for the bathroom, no face and hand towels. We had to walk out of the shower with wet feet and the floor is wet everywhere. My partner and I had booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a price of about 7.7 million VND but we think they cancelled it at the last minute with no replacement or whatsoever because they realised they could rent it out at a much higher price. Also, initially they agreed to assign an apartment at level 42, then they kept changing and assigning to a lower floor such as 5th floor if possible.

- Simon (1/5): This place is a scam!!!! - Accommodation contacted me directly night before check in to demand a 50% surcharge payment when I had booked months ahead. No notification via booking.com, very bullish and rude. Arrived from airport to check in the next afternoon and they refused to let us check in, told us via text to find a new hotel on 30 dec. Didn’t even do it in person, very rudely on text spent 3 hours on the street with kids and luggage trying to find new accommodation. Missed our scooter tour as well! Total extortion methods and unethical practices!!!!! Felt like a scam and left a bitter taste regarding the city. Messaging booking.com from the time the hotel contacted me asking for money and only automated responses asking me to contact the property. Very disappointed!!!

- K (10/5): - What I like most about the Apartment is the balance between quality and price. For a reasonable price, I enjoy comfortable rooms, good service and a varied breakfast. This is definitely the choice I will return to if I have the opportunity to visit Vietnam again.

- Kelsey (2/5): Misleading photos. Do not book here! - Location was great The room looked nothing like the photos. There was mould on the air vents, dust everywhere, mess swept under the couch, bed, and in between the fridge, the balcony door was broken, grime and soap scum in the shower, no hand soap or washing detergent, and I got charged the same amount for the different room as I was going to get charged for the one in the photos. Detailed my arrival time but was left waiting in the lobby at 11pm for 15 minutes before someone came to take us to our room. Bed concaved in the middle so you felt like you were sliding to the centre of it all the time. When asked to be moved to the original room in the photos, the owner replied 24 hours later saying the previous guest broke the door of the room and this was the only other room available, meaning the owner knew of the change at least 36 hours before my arrival and did not tell me. The room was filthy. Very disappointing.
