• Styliana (7/5): - Great location. Very close to main pedestrian street. Moldy building with potent smell. Uncomfortable bed and flat dirty pillows.
• Ludovica (8/5): - L’appartamento era molto bello e la struttura ha un bel potenziale, era anche pulito e Alex è stato molto cordiale il problema principale é il condominio, le scale sono vecchie e con puzza di muffa insistente
• Agnieszka (9/5): - Duże i wygodne mieszkanie, czysto i schludnie. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażona w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Smart tv, blisko centrum, na dole jest urocza, niewielka knajpka. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje, bary, jednak w mieszkaniu cisza i spokój. Polecam :) Warto zaznaczyć, ze mieszkanie jest na 4 pietrze bez windy. Dość skrzypiąca drewniana podłoga w kuchni.

Great location, close to everything. There was a delay with receiving the key code, and we could get it only after calling the agency.

• Aghasyan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a lovely place, was very clean and had all the important things. There were a lot of shops, cafes and a pharmacy near the building. The apartment was in the heart of the city. We stayed there for a week and really loved the experience!

• Rita (7/5): Great location to walk to sights and metro stop is under 1 km away. - when we arrived the flat had NOT been cleaned. so we had to contact the manager who asked me to show photos of what I meant by not clean. I think he should have believed me, an not wasted my time about sending him photos. He said the cleaning team was delayed and they would be there shortly. Luckily we had planned on going out until evening anyway. But what if we hadn't? It's a 4th floor walkup so be careful you realize that.

• Kathy (8/5): Great apartment, frustrating management company - The apartment was great. It was very comfortable, roomy, quiet and situated in a superb central Sofia location. The apartment included comfortable beds, nice bathroom (including a shower door so water did not spray all over the bathroom!), decently stocked kitchen, good wifi, and a pleasant garden view. Know that it is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator Flataway management is described on the internet as 'helpful' but I felt they were quite frustrating to deal with and frankly will avoid staying in any apartment they manage in the future. Customer service/communication is via 'Alex' a virtual assistant on the Booking.com chat function. He only delivers generic answers. Then, if you need to speak to a human, they are located in some central office and also respond with generic answers. When pushed, they will delve down a level to give you an answer that specifically relates to your request.
