• Erin (7/5): Our stay was lovely but for what we paid I’d expect a bit - Loved our room, but we paid enough for it. The cleaner woke us a few times and I don’t understand why as sometimes we’d come back from the pool at 4pm and the room still wouldn’t have been cleaned. Facilities were good lots of restaurants and pools some better than others the tiles on some pools were falling off and some maintenance needed

• Frances (7/5): A beautiful hotel by the shores of the Black Sea. - The location was beautiful with a lovely view over the Black Sea. We particularly enjoyed the balcony which was very spacious. The bed was very comfy and the hotel was quiet. It was pleasant walk into town where we found an excellent choice of restaurants. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. We did not expect the hotel to be part of such a huge complex. Although we arrived at the beginning of September, it appeared that we had arrived at the end of the season. Everything seemed to be winding down. The Pool Bar closed at 5pm and the supermarket closed completely. There was one main restaurant , with another the Apollonia situated far away, and a Pool Bar. The hotel did not appear to have a separate bar, although drinks were offered with a meal. Breakfast was plentiful but there was little variety.

Multe piscine, găseai oricând șezlong liber, restaurante dragute, mic dejun proaspăt și variat, parcarea a fost gratuita. Exista trenulețe electrice pentru transport în interiorul resortului sau pentru bagaje. Plaja hotelului cu Beach bar și șezlonguri gratuite este aproape de hotel, dar e o plaja micuta cu mai multa iarba decat nisip. Noi am ales plaja cu sezlong contra cost care este mai departe de hotel. Am stat 6 nopți si nu a fost schimbata lenjeria de pat. Nu am cerut sa fie schimbata, dar ne asteptam sa o schimbe la 3 sau 4 nopți..

• Georgiana (10/5): Excelent - Am stat și la Santa Marina în trecut dar Viva Mare este la un alt nivel de lux și curățenie. A meritat sa incercam și cu siguranță ne vom întoarce. Iar când am plecat la recepție toată lumea arata impecabil, o doamna frumoasa!! Felicitări!!! Un singur lucru nu mi a plăcut ca într o seara servirea la restaurant a lăsat de dorit, dar era aglomerat și am înțeles.
• Vladimir (7/5): Беше ОК - Приятно и модерно обзаведена стая с всичко нужно. Персоналът беше много учтив - както на рецепция, така и на закуска. Включено паркиране и шезлонги на малък плаж, въпреки че този плаж не е най-добрият в района; но има удобни шътъли, с които може да се стигне до плаж Златна рибка. Качеството на храната и разнообразието на закуската не беше добро, както и като цяло хигиената и организацията в ресторанта. Беше странно, че закуската е от 8-10, а в 9:45 няма място да се разминеш, няма прибори по масите или са мръсни. Плодовете не са вкусни, баничките са от замразените бутер банички, краставиците бяха с толкова дебела суха кора, все едно са отрязани преди 3 дни, а яйцата и другите продукти изглеждат просто тъжно. Чистотата по земята в стаята също не беше ОК, защото имаше топки с косми и други боклуци по земята още с настаняването; както и чистотата на чашите в стаята не беше ОК.

• Diana-Alexandra (9/5): All in all - absolutely amazing and worth coming back! - Gorgeous views, everything was beautiful and the attention to details throughout the entire holiday village is exceptional! Breakfast is varied, the rooms - and the hotel in general - is clean and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with whatever needs one might have. The parking for hotel guests is free of charge, a bit far from the main building but that is not a problem, since you can find almost anything you’d need in the holiday village. Nevertheless, you can still take your car out and drive around Sozopol at any time, without fear of not finding a parking spot when you get back, which is reassuring for people who like to visit and explore more. The nearby beach is beautiful, sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge for hotel guests and even though we visited during full season, we always found sunbeds by the sea which was perfect given that we traveled with our 4 year old. We wholeheartedly recommend Apolonia Restaurant in the holiday village, for the most amazing sunsets and incredible mussels! Oh, and the San Sebastian cake is to die for!! Daniel there was very helpful and always found the best tables for us to enjoy the best dinner with the best view! We had an overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back! There are 2 reasons we will not grant a perfect 10. One is because the coffee capsules and toiletries were not replaced after the first day even though we did ask for them to be so. I think that for a 4 star hotel, coffee, tea and shower gel/shampoo etc. should always be available in the room, not just on the first day, but throughout your entire stay. Another reason is that we stayed for 6 nights and never once were the bed sheets replaced - which, again, for a 4 star hotel is not acceptable, especially given that this is a hotel that people choose to come to for a seaside vacation so there will surely be sand and whatnot on the sheets and pillows.

Удобно е за семейства с малки деца.Бяхме на пакет закуска и вечеря,храната беше хубава, разнообразна.Има подсигурено парко място. Персонала е любезен и отзивчив. Прекарахме спокойна и неангажираща почивка. Бихме посетили отново и с удоволствие. Бих препоръчала да се обърне внимание на плажа, прилежащ към хотела, много камъни има по пясъка и не се почиства,хаотично разхрърляни шезлонги, залива е страхотен и има потенциал да се превърне в доста добра плажна зона с малко повече желание.

• Alex (10/5): - I had a great stay at this hotel. The place is really well maintained and everything feels fresh and clean. My room was super spacious, but honestly, the bathroom was even bigger. One of my favorite spots was the large terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for relaxing. The Fish & Grill restaurant totally exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and the vibe was just right. Plus, the staff were all friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. What I really liked is that the whole complex has everything you might need, so you don’t have to go far for anything. They don’t have any pictures of the gym, but it’s good enough for a hotel gym if you want to keep in shape. Overall, a really comfy and convenient spot, would happily stay again!

La ubicación es buena, a unos 20 min a pie del centro por un camino con unas vistas muy agradables. Poder hacer uso de las tumbonas y sombrillas en la playa también fue una de las cosas que más nos gustó. La playa muy tranquila y limpia, mejor que la Central Beach El personal no nos informó mucho de qué instalaciones podíamos hacer uso y para el precio que pagamos no nos repusieron ni las cápsulas de café de cortesía de la habitación el segundo día.

• Lesova (10/5): - Престоят ни в този хотел беше истинско удоволствие! Хотелът се намира в голям и изключително красив комплекс, който предлага всичко необходимо за една пълноценна почивка. Разполага с пет басейна с джакузита, които са прекрасно поддържани и много приятни както за възрастни, така и за деца. Паркирането е безплатно и удобно, а в близост се намира и чудесен плаж с осигурени безплатни шезлонги за гостите на хотела. Мястото е изключително спокойно, без шум и вълнение – идеално за семейства с деца и за пълна релаксация. Храната беше на изключително високо ниво – закуската и особено вечерята бяха винаги разнообразни, с много вкусни и добре приготвени ястия. Персоналът заслужава специални похвали – усмихнати, отзивчиви и истински професионалисти, които се грижат за всеки гост с внимание и отношение. Силно препоръчвам този хотел – със сигурност бихме се върнали отново! Няма такова нещо.

• Robert (9/5): Very nice facility, but could up their game in the breakfast zone and should really take care of the smell in the toilet - The rooms were very nice, big and clean and well maintained. The pool was also very nice. The breakfast was at a 7 on a scale of 1-10. The toilets of the restaurant were not clean. I had to take my son in the room because of the smell which was unbereable.
• Louise (8/5): Nice beachy break… but doesn’t come cheap - Vast property with all amenities expected for this type of resort hotel. Nice rooms, nice pools, acceptable beaches I found it quite expensive for the experience, esp. by Bulgarian standards. But I chose it so my bad. Besides that, my biggest peeve was the restaurant Pizza Casa Mia which had a charming setting but which was a joke in terms of service (the last person to be served was 45 min after the first person has finished), food (the portions were laughably small), stingy (refused to give us bread with the meal… that we were willing to pay for), etc. Felt like they were milking the customers. But besides this, had an agreeable stay

Настаниха ни в стая 108, която беше на партерното ниво, от верандата гледаш склона и колите отгоре на пътя. В цялата стая гъмжеше от мравки и също така цяла сутрин се блъскаха врати по коридора. Паркинга не е на особено подходящо място и не е особено пригоден (под наклон с чакъл и пясък)

• Kostadin (9/5): Great hotel, loved everything there! - Everything was perfectly clean and brand new. I loved the room and the whole hotel furniture. The parking is not on a good location and you need to into a one way street after a forbidden sign and to park there. The parking needa to be improved. And also the breakfast needs to have more variety.
• Stephanie (10/5): Wonderful place for pool or beach holiday - The food was amazing - the staff at every meal were friendly and efficient and very patient as our way if eating a meal is slightly different but they managed to understand us with humour. The facilties were clean and well maintained - wonderful choice of pools, outside gym and tennis. We went to celebrate a family wedding at the hotel and on the beach - highly recommend functions there! Danced till 2am absolute magic!

• Kathrin (10/5): - Ein sehr schönes modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel in einem Feriendorf gelegen. Schöne Pools, ein privater Strand mit Bootsverleih und Bar. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Restaurant war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Sozopol ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles super!

• Sonya (8/5): A stay during off season - Nice sea view, large room. Friendly staff. Room was clean but the hairdryer was very dirty and sticky. We also wanted to use the heated pool outside and asked about the working hours of it - only to then return in the evening and find it covered. It stayed covered all morning until we left too, so we couldn’t use it at all. For breakfast it wasn’t a buffet but you choose between sets with food.

A hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing Nous avons mis le prix de la chambre pour bénéficier de l'accès aux hammam, sauna et jaccuzzi, mais les horaires qui ont été donnés à l'accueil étaient faux et nous n'avons pas pu y accéder, c'est très décevant. Il est possible de remettre en cause la personne de l'accueil mais s'il y avait eu un papier clair sur le fonctionnement, les emplacements de ces facilités, et les horaires, il n'y aurait eu aucune confusion. C'est regrettable. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas assez modulable, trop pour certains, pas assez pour d'autres. Les buffets ou bien des cartes plus détaillées sont plus appréciables

• Marina (9/5): in general good to stay here if you have a car to get to the good beaches - I liked the modern rooms in our building, the big beautiful green territory where you can walk around, Wi-Fi connection is very good. the prices in the restaurants in the holiday village are too high, the closest beach is not good enough, all the good beaches are far away (need a car to get there)

• Mariya (6/5): Overrated - - The room was specious with nice balcony. It was quite place so we could rest properly. I like that the resort was huge and give you a chance to walk around by foot or by buggy. - There was more than 3 pools you can choose from. - The breakfast was really nice with many options to choose from. - The a la cart food was not good at all. Especially in one of the further on restaurants ( don't remember the name but was kinda : steak house") - I like the Italian restaurant only. - It is way to expensive for what they offer, I think the price is overrated. - They told us there are two private beach. When we went we needed to pay additionally for sunbeams and umbrella. I don't mind but at least is good if they don't present is as " private beach" part of the resort.
