• Lawin (1/5): Scammer - Nothing Out of all the bookings I have done on booking.com over the years, this was probably the worst host ever. A total scammer. Didn't send the check in instructions. Then called several times it was switched off. Then finally after an hour of calling and messaging, he turned his phone on, only this time he wouldn't be bothered to reply. I spent two hours loitering around the property and couldn't get in. He took my money and never received anything from this person. A person you should avoid at all costs.
• Maud (6/5): Studio agréable mais ne correspond pas à la location payée. Pas de chambre comme prévu - J'avais réservé un appartement ac une chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un grand studio certes propre et refait a neuf mais ce n'était pas l'appartement réservé. Le propriétaire nous a dit que nous avions été surclassé, mais j'en doute. Nous avons dû le contacter plusieurs fois pour obtenir les infos du checkin, avt d'avoir une réponse. Et je me demande si il ne nous avait pas complétement oublié et du coup relogé dans un autre appartement. Du coup je me demande si le prix payé était correspond au changement du logement. J'avais également demandé une chambre car un membre de la famille ronfle énormément ce qui nous a empêché de dormir étant tous dans la même pièce.
• maria (5/5): Deludente e abbandonati dall' host - La posizione perché ben servita da autobus e metro. Inoltre la zona è piena di minimarket e fast food , negozi vari L' host assente. Voleva farci entrare in casa dopo le 16:30. Asciugacapelli, microonde, box doccia rotti. Acqua assente per una giornata intera. Stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore e non per 4 persone come indicato. Non c'è aria condizionata, ingresso fatiscente, sporco e alcune volte con bisogni fisiologici di persone. Non abbiamo avuto assistenza dall' host che non ha mai risposto soprattutto nella richiesta di aiuto per la mancanza di acqua.
• Jamie (1/5): Avoid. - Upon first glance it looked as it did in the advert. The gate was unlocked, the building door was unlocked, and the door to the flat was open upon arrival. No key was available, the toilet smelt like it had been used 2 minutes before I arrived, dead bugs on the windowsill, a broken fan just on the floor by the sink. Not in keeping with the standards expected when booking a property through this app.
• David (6/5): Great location with excellent transport links. - Location and ease of check in. Facilities where fine in the apartment. Nice bathroom. No air conditioning as advertised and could have been cleaner. Two fans provided was insufficient as the weather was so hot. Alley way to the property was not the best.
• Keith (1/5): - We did not receive any info from the host prior to arriving at the accomodation, we called them.several times on the day of our arrival, no answer and their voice mail box was full. We were locked out when we arrived as were other travellers who had booked this same accomodation. We had to find alternative accomodation. THIS IS A RIP OFF, DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION. We did not receive any info from the host prior to arriving at the accomodation, we called them.several times on the day of our arrival, no answer and their voice mail box was full. We were locked out when we arrived as were other travellers who had booked this same accomodation. We had to find alternative accomodation. THIS IS A RIP OFF, DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMODATION.

• Yağmur (2/5): Very poor - It was in a good location and commuting to other places was easy. There was no pre warning for late checking in. the email mentions that we were supposed to check in between 3pm - 4pm, however when i went there, i have been told that i need to check in at 5pm. So, i had to wait untill 5pm from 3pm. Then when i arrived to the apartment again at 5pm, someone was still cleaning the room and i was able to check in at 6pm. This was very challenging as i had bags and needed to rest. Secondly, the towels were not clean. They had stains on them. So we couldn't use it. Also, there was not hot water for the last 2 days. It was very challenging. Another problem was the bed. It was totally collapsed and we were not able to sleep properly as the half of the bed was totatlly gone. There was no internet. Internet kept crashing down so we couldn't work properly from the apartment. The whole experience was a bit dissatisfying. We couldn't sleep comfortably and couldn't get shower for 2 days. The dirt on the towel was not great thing to see.
• Sean (1/5): FILTHY AVOID - Absolutely disgusting. The apartment was filthy, the bed was cum stained and covered in dead skin, and the bathroom was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I messaged Idris, the host, who ignored me for a full day. When he finally responded, he moved us to another apartment that was just as bad , leftover food, personal items, and clearly not cleaned after the last guests. Avoid this place at all costs. Idris couldn’t care less and stopped answering calls altogether. Total nightmare.

• Brian (5/5): You get what you pay for. Take extra bedding for comfort. - Clean and cozy. OK size for two people but would recommend no more. Bathroom was very nice. Good number of towels. Wi-Fi worked fine. However, bed was not comfortable at all. Weird dip in the middle. The pullout chair bed was also not really useable as a bed. And due to weather, the apartment was very warm indeed without air conditioning. Slightly wonky clothing hanger rail. Plus on the day of check-in, it got a bit stressful as I couldn’t get hold of the owner for most of the morning, and only got check-in details one hour before the time. Which would have been fine had they responded earlier in the week to let me know that is when we’d get details, so driving up to London not being 100% of whether we had anywhere to stay. Location is functional, and honestly a bit scabby.
• Christopher (1/5): Give this place a miss - Cannot give much positive feedback, but host did say that he had tried to help and help sort issue Never got check-in details. We booked in January and on morning could not get hold of property contact. I contacted booking.com and they were trying to get hold of owner. Cleaner arrived 40mins after our check in time and they let us in, but room had not been cleaned so left our stuff in room as were at the theatre. Anyway, i did not see it but after i left then got an email to say there was no room at the place as the room had been double booked. After theatre collected our stuff but new occupant was in there. After talking to him he had only booked that day and after talking to booking.com we finally got new accomodation at 11.45pm. I would avoid this place as i was lied to by the owner who said the person with the room had been staying there for ages and did not call me back until around 9pm when i was in the theatre to tell me there had been a mix-up!!! Really poor communication and caused me a lot of hassle and stress when we should have been enjoying our weekend. Owner just blamed booking.com!!!
• Sally (3/5): Not for 3!! Bed is most important and it was sunken, uncomfortable, not flat! Awful - Bathroom Bed was broken- sunk in middle. Not suitable for 3 people as advertised, had to make alternative arrangements
• Jonathan (4/5): Not as advertised - Was advertised as a double bed and 2 x single sofa beds and there was only 1 sofa bed so me and a college had to share a double which had a completely broken mattress with a massive dip in it that made it uncomfortable to sleep in .

But I would not recommend it for more that 2 people. - Resonantly close to the centre and I could find a parking space on the street The property was prepared for 2 people instead of 3. However after calling the host he gave me access to the storage room to get extra bedding. But I would prefer if it was ready at the start. It was bit stressful initially.
• Yamil (7/5): Good - Near the tube station. Near the supermarket. Clean enaough. Be prepared if bring a heavy luggage, since the apartment is in the 3rd floor with a narrow stairs.

• Achma (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. The studio was clean and comfortable with essential utilities and facilities. There was a mixed up initially with our booking. This was fixed promptly without delay or, comprising. Excellent customer service by Idress will definitely be used again. Space was a little tight, but that was because there were three of us sharing.
• John (7/5): Nice greeting on arrival by Joseph and team. All clean and tidy. - Breakfast not applicable. Location- ideal for purpose of stay. Blackout curtains would help keep noise and light out at night.
