• Andre (1/5): Runaway from this Property! Fake! - Doesn't had nothing that i liked.. This property left me in the street as they didn't honered the service that i payed and since then, ignores also the contact from this platform costumer Service resulting that i didn't had till now the refund that I have right to it payed, do a favour to you and choose other property, at least.. if you can.. use other platform as Booking.com it only gonna give you headaches
• Jazmin (1/5): Terrible. - Couldn’t even get in? He has taken my money & ignored my 10x phone calls, text message & 2x messages on Booking.Com. Now reading the reviews, why is this property allowed to be on here? Booked to stay at this apartment. Paid. Got an automated message from the host. Responded asking for check in details, no response. Called 10 times, didn’t answer once. Texted, no answer. Messaged on booking.com, no answer. Drove around London trying to find a hotel but there weren’t any. Had to drive 2.5hrs home in the middle of the night.

• Juan (1/5): Worst place in uk not even fit for an animal - Nothing at all. dirty walls, unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in the property and in the room. broken bed, mattress with a dent in the middle. As soon as I got in to the place i did a u turn and left. No way anyone can stay there. Fotos are completely fake.

• Zuzanna (1/5): Disaster and a SCAM - This place is a scam. When I came to the place, there was no information or contact with the owner. Few minutes later it turned out another group was waiting for the response from the owner for 3 days. They had to find another place. After I came, 3 other groups of people came and none had any information as well. When we finally managed to get inside, there were people inside our apartments. Had to find another place asap.

• Russell (5/5): Passable - The room is complete and convenient, with kitchen and washing machine inside the room. The room is comfortable. Cleaning was not done by staff in my entire stay of 4 days, trash is being left in the corridor. The entrance to the apartment is through a narrow alley way, which is difficult for those with large luggages. The metal stairs up to the apartment are also not convenient for thos with luggages since it only fit one person. The entrance alley was also dirty, smells of piss and littered with dog poo. Not a good experience entering and exiting the place
