anna (1/5): da non ripetere - Scortesi non rispondono al telefono, scrivono solo mail e nel palazzo non avevo il codice di accesso, poi la casa era piccola e brutta completamente da ristrutturare, dal bagno veniva fuori odore di fogna e i cassetti della cucina sono tutti rotti la casa in primis e il loro modo di fare, dovrebbero rendere più facile l'accesso in casa e da portone
