• Karen (9/5): Superb - Quiet, beautiful historic building. Comfortable bed, nice views. The plumbing needs some help. The inside of apartment was very clean, but the spacious outdoor space needs a scrub
• Emilija (10/5): Verz enjoyable stay in a real Tuscan villa with a marvelous garden. - The terraces are stunning! We enjoyed morning coffees there and late afternoon glass of wine, it is sitting in a real Tuscan garden, perfect! The public transportation in Florence is not very predictable, so sometimes after a long day we needed too long to get back home.
• Emilia (9/5): Superb - The staff were great and very helpful. The apartment has unique cozy authentic vibe, and the terrace helps you to chill after all day being in the crowd. The views are amazing, and the neighborhood is greay. The bed is big and very comfortable. We walked everywhere and didn't use public transport. Overall, it was a great experience and value for the money. We'll definitely return here when we come back to Florence. Maybe it would be nice to have some of the basic stuff for the stay like bags for the trash, napkins, or kitchen paper. It was written, and we knew that there would be, but when we arrived, there was no WiFi. This caused us some problems.

• Yekaterina (8/5): It would have been great if we could stay - The location is ideal, the apartment is amazing too, so stylish and elegant. We loved it, it was our favourite place to stay at, we were so excited unfortunately the apartment was flooded on the first night and we had to move. The service during the flooding was not available, we had to call the police to get it sorted.

• Eszter (5/5): It could be a very nice apartment but the important details are missing. - Very good location and an authentic old villa. The building is very old, all noises from the surrounding apartments can be heard, even when the bathroom is being used. The extra blankets were disgustingly dirty, covered in hair everywhere. The weather was getting colder and there was no option for replacing the dirty blankets. There is a construction next door which causes noises too. Mosquitos were flying around during the night. Only a few useless hangers were in the closet. The biggest part of the terrace was closed from us by plants.

• Christine (10/5): Beautiful, quiet and historic. - I loved the age of the property, the quiet and it’s original fittings and elements. The host had kindly turned on the air conditioner and it was like an oasis. Our host also recommended a wonderful restaurant and booked on our behalf - the best meal I’ve ever had, overlooking Florence. And there was a washing machine - perfect for travellers. Nothing at all - it was lovely.
• Rubaina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely gorgeous - we loved it! It has lots of character and was very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the air-con was very helpful given the warm temperatures in Florence!
• Stephen (9/5): A lovely apartment in a non touristy authentic location - Very clean, fab Air con, excellent WiFi, good shower, nice towels, very comfortable bed, bedroom view of Duomo. Walkable from Florence Historic Centre and well stocked nearby stores (Coop/Carrefour). Loved it all, sunbathing chair/sun bed would be the only suggestion to take full advantage of the terrace.

• Tayebeh (8/5): Overall a good and afordable place to stay during your stay in Florence - Location, AC, kitchen, and the size of the apartment. No hand soap, had to go to the store as soon as we arrived to buy hand soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper, we had to buy more. It is not a big thing, but when you are on vacation you don't want to worry about you might run out of toilet paper. The owner also showed up unannounced the day before we were leaving and said he needed to install some kind of lock on some cabinets, which i think was very unnecessary. He could have wait till the day after.
• Alberto (9/5): Authentic Italian apartment - If you want to feel like you're living in Italy in your vacation, this is the right place to choose! Absolutely gorgeous little apartment. Keep in mind it is old, but has everything you need. You can enjoy the garden, you have supermarkets nearby, and you can reach everything by bus or walking as you wish. We did have some issues with heating in the house. But finally, owner told us we could turn on the AC to heat the house instead of radiators.

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was as clean as I could ever ask and had everything we needed, we felt at home. There was an espresso maker and some coffee, tee, spices and italian olive oil, plus, a fresh bottle of water waiting for us at the fridge. The hosts seem very kind, hospitable and considerate. We loved everything and hope to be back really soon! Thnak you :)
• Pola (9/5): Superb - The check in was flexible and everything was well explained. The flat has two beautiful separate terraces with morning sun and is rather spacious due to the high ceilings. I would definitely recommend it for a stay of 1/2 people. The house is located on a road leading up the hill. It is a great location, outside of the touristy centre and with lovely restaurants (e.g. Cucchietta) nearby. But the short ascent might be relevant for some guests.
• Rossetto (8/5): Very nice stay for a few days in Florence. Good if you want a bit of privacy and silence. - The silence of the location and the possibility to have two rooms, one for the entrance/breakfast and one as a bedroom. The location was very convenient. Some little details such as the limited supply of devices for preparing my own food.

• Kazakova (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is so clean and located in the city center in a historical villa. The district is safe and quite, there are good connections from the train station and the airport. The apartment itself is charming, has 2 rooms, kitchen equipment, large bathroom and the terrace. We spent such a great time in Florence and had a great relaxing evening in the apartment. I will certainly book it again! Everything was really great
