• Libby (10/5): A great property for family or group events - We were a group of 5 ladies, the property was perfect for us, it was spacious with lots of different sitting areas to relax and chat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in a couple of nights. The location was terrific, a few minutes to the village and the beach. Brooke the property manager was great with communications and checked on us to make sure that everything was perfect.
• Guest (8/5): Very relaxing with great location with respect to Peregian Village. - The separate kids area upstairs and the "secret room" downstairs were big hits with the kids - kept them entertained and the noise contained! Beds were very comfy and accessibility in bathroom and main living areas/deck for elderly grandparents was fantastic. Coffee machine wasnt working properly - stayed on descale mode the entire time. Needs a good clean behind the plantation shutters....mold starting to grow there. Dryer isn't vented properly so the entire laundry became dripping wet when trying to dry towels. The listing stated beachfront access but that isnt really the case.
• SHKS1303 (10/5): This is a beautifully positioned and well presented holiday home with plenty of space for a family. - This is a quiet oasis with a lovely secluded deck and garden, yet only a few steps away from Peregian Beach’s cafes and retail shopping centre, as well as a patrolled beach. The location is outstanding but the facilities and comfort of this property make it an ideal vacation destination. Departure! We would have loved to stay.

• Richards (9/5): Our 2024 Family Christmas was special, thank you for sharing your house at Peregian Beach. - The location couldn’t have been better, as it was just a short stroll from the beach and shops. The house felt incredibly spacious for three couples, and the lovely breeze on the deck made it feel bright and airy during the day. Being able to walk to the beach for a quick swim was a real treat, and having plenty of beach towels provided was much appreciated. The washing facilities were an added bonus, and the sun-out shutters in the bedroom were fantastic for a sleep in. The neighbourhood itself was peaceful, and we enjoyed chatting with the friendly neighbours. I just wanted to share some gentle feedback about the property’s maintenance. The air conditioner on the second floor is quite rusted and makes a loud noise at night, so we ended up turning it off. The lounges and chairs have some noticeable stains and would really benefit from a thorough clean. The kitchen appliances are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. Lastly, the pool needed a vacuum, as there was some sand and leaves in it on arrival. I hope you find this feedback helpful, and thank you again for your hospitality.
