The facilities, equipment and parking space are exceptional.
We definitely recommend this accommodation.

- Bill (5/5): Woodward Square was quiet, clean, and convenient. But the kitchen faucet was unworkable. - Location next to Luas station very convenient. Apartment 33 was unfinished. Kitchen faucet was not hooked up properly and was not usable. Shower floor in master bedroom was so slick (fall hazard for older people) that we put down a towel to shower.

- Jose Antonio (9/5): - Las instrucciones para el check in , encontrar la keybox una locura. Las instrucciones para el funcionamiento del apartamento, clima, agua caliente, etc… llegaron tarde. Tardan mucho en contestar.
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, great location.
Perfect for what we needed.

- Rebecca (10/5): A Grand Stay - The property was new, clean and fully furnished although somewhat spartan, it was done with some taste. The hosts were very responsive to all requests, big or small. Laura even arrived on a Sunday afternoon with a bottle opener!
Locked key box was easy to find and easy to access and the hosts had described the location perfectly. It was easy to get in and out of the building. Parking was easy too with an App to open and close the secure gates.
The tram "Luas" was a 3 minute walk away so the location was perfect. The coffee shop next to the Luas station of "Glen Cairne" is set in a garden and served very good coffee.
Pub down the road "Leopards Inn" has great food and service and was just a 5 min drive away with plenty of parking and lots of friendly locals!
The Woodward Square apartments are set right near a park so a nice neighbourhood with a feeling of safety and close but not too close to Dublin.
- Madiha (10/5): Spacious 2 bed apartment - Exceptionally spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. Excellent heating system and WiFi. Washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, comfortable beds, heated towel racks in both bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 week stay. Close to Luas, Dunnes store,
and Carrickmines Shopping Centre Missed the feel of a balcony in the Ground floor apartment!
- Edyta (8/5): The place has some downsides but the price makes up for it. - The value for money is really good. The place is in a very convenient location if you are traveling with public transport - you can get to Dublin center in about half an hour. There is a great coffee spot nearby (Mugg Uggly) where you can get a good and quick breakfast. If you need to make bigger grocery shopping, I recommend going to Leopardstown Village Centre either by foot (~20 mins) or tram (~5 min). The place is squeaky clean, and having two separate bathrooms is a great convenience feature. First and foremost, the air conditioning of the whole building is noisy and vibrating through the walls. If you are sensitive to noise like me, it's difficult to get rest. Secondly, the place is missing some convenient furnishings like coat hangers and baskets - not a deal-breaker but not great either. Thirdly, the coffee machine requires using proprietary and expensive coffee capsules, so you will probably be better off buying your own instant coffee and preparing it in a kettle. The advertised coffee machine is not a coffee machine in the commonly accepted meaning of it. Fourth, the apartment is located on the ground floor, and you won't have privacy unless you always cover the windows - something to keep in mind. And lastly, the construction of the bed (not the mattress) in the main bedroom is squeaky.
- Noahzhang (3/5): Arrogant/Unfriendly Customer Service - The only reason one will select this property is because of the location. It is right next to the Luas stop. However, this is truly the only thing that you will enjoy from renting this apartment. Arrogant customer service.
They will charge you another 150 euros as a deposit before you move in.
The first night we stayed here, the hot water was not enough for 3 adults to take a 10-minute shower each. We contacted the host and she was simply giving us a hard time.
For your information, the host said: "Please also keep in mind that a 10 minute shower is quite long ..."
We figured out later that it was only the first night when the machine was not working properly. If the host showed any manners of normal human beings, we would not complain about it.
Again, after we left, I did not receive any messages regarding the deposit. I had to ask three times until one of another arrogant personnel responded. What in the god's name is this: "If you read the email relating to the damage deposit you will see that it states the damage deposit will be returned within 7 days. It is 4 days since you left."
The point is that I sent a message three days (all working days) ago, and no one responded. The point is you as a host should not treat your customer like this.
I am pretty sure they will have some hypocritical responses to these true yet negative comments. I have been around the world, but I have never seen such terrible service.

- Niallg (9/5): A great place to stay in south Dublin. - Nicely furnished. Exceptionally clean. Convenient for Luas. The key pickup needs to be done in person. I had two flights cancelled so I arrived late and couldn’t get the key so I had to spend the first night in a hotel.
