- Ramona Elena (9/5): Hotel curat, pozitionare excelenta, camera spatioasa. - Hotelul este intr o locatie foarte buna. Curatenie, camera spatioasa si bine aerisita. Merita 4 stele pe deplin. Domnisoarele de la front desk nu au stiut cum se procedeaza cu parcarea masinii. Ne am invartit pe strazi 30 de minute pana am gasit intrarea in parcarea subterana. Am pierdut un timp pretios avand in vedere ca eram extrem de obositi dupa un drum de 12 ore.

- Heribert (8/5): Tolles Design-Hotel für Geschäftsreisende, in Top Lage, mit geringem Anspruch auf 24h Room Service - Mein Eindruck vom "Hotel-Konzept" Man fühlt sich eigentlich nicht wie einem Hotel, sondern wie in einer überdimensionierten privaten "Luxusresidenz" mit Anspruch für Architektur und Design, überwiegend sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommenden aber unaufdringlichen Personal und ein sehr gutes einmaliges Frühstücksangebot. Suiten mit hochwertiger Zimmerausstattung und eigenem Balkon (Raucherbonus) mit Blick auf den Stephansdom (zumindest alle die ich bisher gebucht habe). Infrastruktur, Einkaufen, Naschmarkt, Restaurants alles in nächster Umgebung und Stadtzentrum fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Zimmerreinigung am späteren Nachmittag nicht mehr möglich. Generell Room-Service wie Essen, Getränke, Sonderreinigung, etc. sehr eingeschränkt bis gar nicht verfügbar. Dies ist meinem Eindruck nach dem "Hotel-Konzept" geschuldet: In einer privaten "Luxusresidenz" ist der Großteil des Personals am späten Nachmittag oder Abends auch bereits nach Hause gegangen.

- Birgit (9/5): Schönes Hotel, gute Lage - Gute Lage, schönes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal. Habe ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite bekommen, das war wunderbar! Dass Restaurant und Bar sehr früh schließen und man dann nur noch bei Lieferando etc bestellen könnte!

Beautiful room, excellent shower, delicious breakfast, everything is very clean and well-decorated. On our next visit to Vienna, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend.

- Nina (3/5): Ich würde nicht wieder kommen - Die Lage war sehr gut Das Hotel war dreckig und das Personal unfreundlich ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße wo das Waschbecken und die Dusche nicht abliefen Kabel hingen von der Decke in der Dusche es gab im kompletten Zimmer sehr viel Staub und blonde Haare. Ich bemängelte das Zimmer sofort aber es wurde mir kein anderes Zimmer angeboten

- Siyoon (10/5): - You can easily walk to Vienna State Opera, the Naschmarkt night market, Karlskirche, and Belvedere Palace from the hotel. It is also only about a 20-minute walk from Vienna Central Station. There are many great restaurants and cafés nearby, and since the hotel is located in a safe residential area, I personally prefer the Wieden district. This was the best hotel for staying in that area. The staff are extremely friendly, and the room amenities are more than sufficient. You can also enjoy coffee in the sunshine courtyard, and the breakfast is satisfying as well. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Vienna.

- Mirjam (10/5): Heel fijn hotel; aanrader - Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt. Ruime schone kamer en badkamer. Ligging t.o.v. metro en centrum. Rustig omdat we met kamer op binnentuin lagen. Dan kun je ramen open zetten zonder geluidsoverlast. De airco stond nog te warm afgesteld maar dat is persoonlijk.
