- Ruth (9/5): A real Florence experience - The host is very communicative and provided prompt responses. Surprisingly spacious apartment with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was on the 4th (top) floor of an apartment building. There is an elevator (the smallest I've ever seen!) which didn’t quite fit a bike box 😆 The living room has a pleasant outlook over the rear of surrounding apartment buildings and gardens below, and up to the village of Fiesole in the nearby hills. It is within walking distance of the town centre (about 20 minutes) and only a 5-7 minute walk from the #2 tram stop at Liberta Parterre which comes directly from Peterola Airport. The nearby Piazza delle Cure has morning markets and a range of small shops - I enjoyed staying in a real Italian neighbourhood! No WiFi (as stated in Booking com) but it's a small price to pay for this apartment! Lift might not fit a bike box 😁
- Kanwar (3/5): Poor - AC units did not work most times. No lights in the stairwell. Bin was full before we checked in.
