• Giulia (10/5): - Il terrazzino sulla piazza, zona universitaria tranquilla e gioviale! Ottimo perché a pochi minuti dal teatro Arcimboldi e molto apprezzato il garage privato sotto l' appartamento! Casa fornitissima!

• manuela (8/5): War eine tolle Zeit und ein lässiges Viertel - Prinzipiell hat der check-in sehr gut funktioniert, insbes. bei Wohnung. Die Garage könnte etwas größer beschriftet werden, die haben wir nicht gleich gefunden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, nett eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Auch die Umgebung ist ansprechend - einige Lokale, Bars, Apotheke und ein großer Market gleich vor der Tür. Die Metro (Metro 5 Station Bicocca) ist ebenfalls in ca. 7-8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Da wir ein Konzert in San Siro Stadion waren - ideal! Aber auch ins Zentrum mit einmal Umsteigen kein Problem, also ich würde wieder diese Wohnung nehmen. Wie oben erwähnt, wäre es super, wenn man die Garage größer kennzeichnet.

• Bojana (10/5): Everything was great - Everuthing was great!! It is to far from thr city centre but there is goog conection nearby to metro station
• Vaijayanthi (10/5): Excellent stay overall! - Everything; great and responsive host - helped with many questions. Small shower problem, solved quickly. Gave extra towels and garbage bags. Nice recycling faclity. Basic groceries in place. Great location, safe, Very close to metro and to a carrefour; nice restaurants. Very convenient to the university. Space was as shown in the pictures. Lots of storage, clean, well-organised, charming balcony. Everything worked well. Will stay again quite happily. Bed, not so comfortable. Spring sags on the sides. Shower is in bathtub - so if people have accessibility issues this may be be a concern.
• Alice (9/5): Good value! - Great location for Bicocca (it's not in the city center), spacious, comfortable and new, owner ready to answer Some things were not working, like the tv in the bedroom; at first it was really cold so I had to figure how to warm it up

• Carmyd (9/5): Great place! - Amazing position close to public transport and nice restaurants and bar. Flat super comfortable for 3 people, cozy and well kept. The balcony was super appreciated and the water pressure of the shower was to die for! Super recommended.
• Larysa (5/5): Middle - Clean and comfortable flat with air conditioners in each rooms. 24/7 desk doesn’t work. We arrived after midnight and couldn’t open the door because the instruction wasn’t correct. We called host but she didn’t reply at all. We was shocked because we left at the street at 1 am with children.
• Florian (6/5): Some good things but needs refurbishment - The square outside is lively, has nice restaurants. The apartment has a washing machine and a kitchen The apartment could use some repairs. The water in kitchen sink comes up often. The bathroom door knob is loose, bin in bathroom is broken, lamp above mirror flickers, toiletseat is very skew etc. I would also change the sheet of bedroom and towels. It's all ok but needs refurbishment!

• Marcella (10/5): Best location in Milan! - The location is outstanding! 3 min from the tram, 5 min from the subway to one side and 5 min from the train station to the other side. Full of bars and restaurants downstairs, nail saloon and others. It was extremely clean, the arrival/check-in was smooth and easy. Everything went well. Nothing bad.

• Yoeman (10/5): I enjoy almost everything during my stay in this apartment. - I have stayed in this apartment for 32 days. I really enjoyed my stay in Milan with this apartment. The necessary facilities are all well-equipped, and the location is perfect, which is very close to the University of Milano-Bicocca and also to many restaurants and the supermarket. You can also use either the train or the metro to reach the apartment easily. I especially like the clean and big rooms with relaxing aromatherapy, which make my stay very comfortable. Also, the check-in and check-out processes were very flexible, and you do not need to meet the owner in person at all. There was no slipper or laundry detergent at the beginning. There was no free cleaning service, but it seems you could request with a payment. Also, unlike a traditional hotel, there is no breakfast.

• Kirsten (9/5): Perfect location for Theatro Archimboldi - a fine condo. - We liked the very close access to the Theatro degli Archimboldi to which we held tickets. Actually, we could see the building from the balcony and it took 2 min. to walk across, which felt safe and good at midnight. And we appreciated the host having arranged for a bit of breakfast for us next morning by leaving lots of coffee/tea, a bit of milk, some juice and two croissants for us to enjoy. The little balcony was likeewise a pleasant little place to unwind. All the digital communication and means to obtain the key and access the building, the apartment and the garage. This was, unfortunately, a bit of a nightmare... There is no reception and everything is digital. We needed a code to get into the building, but it did not work. Once you are in, you need another code to get the keys out of a key-box next to the apartment. And you need another code to get into the garage. When calling the host (a company taking care of the apartment on behalf of same), he did not speak anything but Italian and did not understand English... He had to come over physically and let us into the building and later help assist parking the car in the garage, which we wouldn't have found by ourselves anyhow and need very good driving skills to access if a big car. The comapny sent us instructions and video by mail and later What's App, which we are not familiar with. We are an elderly couple so all the digital stuff was a bit too much and too complicated to our liking. The entire process of getting into the apartment and park the car and figure out how to use the codes and key took minimum 45 min. and we had about 10 printed pieces of paper with us with instructions, This need to be adjusted one way or another. PS: The conmpany guy was very frienddly, but still... PS: I would generally not recommend this apartment for brief overnightt stays like ours - it is perfect for long term leasing or longer holidays/work away from home.
