• Mindful (9/5): Mis días en Roma - La ubicación es muy buena y es accesible muy sencillamente desde Estación Termini. El personal de limpieza fue siempre muy cordial y atentos. Las instalaciones están bien, y son acordes a la relación precio-calidad. Volvería En el placard de guardado de ropa no hay perchas, se utiliza un perchero. Hay ropa que necesita ser colgada en perchas.

• Kim (3/5): Not the best stay! - The location was good The room was really tiny, probably the smallest I have ever stayed in. The shower was not great, the head needed updating or descaling. The room was on the 9th floor, which was not an issue, but the noise was horrendous. We did not get a good night sleep and we were happy to be leaving the next day. My husband got up 3 times to check the windows were actually shut. Turns out they were and need updating to block out the street noise that was on-going all night.

• Anh-Tho (8/5): Convenient location next to Termini station - Convenient, renovated and clean, the room is exactly as pictured. Very old building so no sound proofing between units at all, hard to sleep at night

• Marilisa (8/5): Lovely set up overall but not ideal for light sleepers - Smooth and easy self check in. Clean and tidy home and bathroom. Lovely set up overall. The matress was unconfortable, made noise at every movement that kept me up all night. Thankfully we had quiet neighbours, but could have impacted my sleep as well. Not suitable for light sleepers. Elevator is very small.
• Aris (9/5): Great value for money - highly recommended! - Lovely property at a great location. The room was super-clean, and cozy. Check-in and check-out (self) was fast and flawless. Great value for money - I would highly recommend it! The bathroom area is a bit small, but that wasn't too much of an issue for me. Also, the room didn't have great soundproofing however it was good enough to allow you to sleep comfortably, and undisturbed.
• Hanna (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert (-mit leichtem Gepäck!) - Tolle Lage, wunderschöne, gemütliche Zimmer und fairer Preis. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Kundenservice war wunderbar. Es wurde schnell geantwortet und auf mich eingegangen. Der Lift hat nicht funktioniert - das Hotel ist im vierten Stock. Ein Anwohner teilte mir mit, dass dies wohl öfters vorkäme. Für einen Städtetrip mit Handgepäck immer wieder gerne! Mit schwerem / viel Gepäck (wie in meinem Fall) wohl eher nicht.
• Ka Wai (8/5): its quite good for a couple to stay intern of the price - it is 10minutes slow walk from the termini. there is a supermarket nearby the check in process is easy and quick. getting in to the room is easy the amenities are equipped, but I do not need to use everything the room is quiet but could hear some noise from another room but that is okay nothing

• Claire (8/5): Cosy spot with lots of attention to detail - This place was perfect for our stay in Rome! The room was a bit small, but very clean and lots of extra facilities were provided, such as toothbrushes, slippers, snacks etc. Property staff were very easy to communicate with and check-in process was quick and smooth. nothing!

Lift was not working so had to carry cases up 4 flights of stairs. No staff to be seen anywhere and when messaged via booking.com I got no response.

• Mia (10/5): 10/10 for the perfect short stay in Rome! - The perfect place for a short stay in Rome. We were provided with all the amenities to ensure this was a comfortable stay including a fridge, coffee machine, water, vanity items, etc. Easy clear communication with the host & around a 20-25 min walk to the main attractions. Would recommend this place especially for the small price! The room and bathroom is quite compact but was expected, it is good for a short stay.

• Anonymous (10/5): Great Experience - Good location, was about 20-30 min walk accounting for hills and stairs to all the main tourist attractions. There were quite a few busses and rail lines near by, but we chose to walk. Very comfortable and clean. Obviously a little difficult to manage in a small room, but maybe something to warm up food, like a microwave or small toaster oven. Even in the small communal space would be ok.

• Regine (8/5): Clean, quiet, modern and welcoming. - The "hotel" is located in a quiet street, a few minutes away from Termini train station. I was surprised to discover that it wasn't a proper hotel, but an apartment divided into three rooms. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The person responsible for the hotel was easy to contact and they answered my questions very quickly. Possibility to leave the suitcase in a room after check-out time. No air conditioning inside the room, it was very hot during the night. No kettle to make tea.

We could easily walk to many of the different neighborhoods we wanted to visit, and when needed, public transportation was very convenient. Being close to the train station made everything much easier, and since it was already in one of the most central areas, it definitely lived up to our expectations. We were also very happy with the cleanliness. There was a heater-like device in the room that we couldn’t manage to get working on a chilly day, but that might’ve been on us. We used airconditioner anyway and it s not a huge problem. Other than that, everything was great. In terms of value for money, it’s an excellent option for Rome and I would definitely recommend it to anyone asking. It wasn’t noisy at all, it was very close to the metro, super clean, we had no problems with check-in or check-out, the room was bright and had an open view. Nothing

• Вікторія (9/5): Good place for a short stay in the city. - The apartment is within walking distance of Termini Station and the city center, which makes it convenient for a short stop in Rome. The room itself is quite small, which is probably typical for Rome, but it was clean and well equipped. I did miss having a kettle for complete comfort.
• Diamant (10/5): Excellent place, top notch hospitality - This is the second time I am visiting Rome, but the first time staying at this property. I will definitely come back. Every little detail is thought out in order to make a super comfortable stay for a couple. The location is in a near walking distance with Rome Termini station, making it easy to commute to all touristic areas in Rome. Lastly, the host is super helpful and friendly - it can be seen that hospitality is their number one priority, and business comes second. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to future travelers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything needed was provided and more. I'm quite sensitive to chemical smells and the room smelled quite strongly like flowery cleaning products. Which I know is a weird complaint but as I'm quite sensitive to chemicals and smells that was a no go for me. But the owner was sweet and wanted to refund me but as I only spent one night there I adjusted.

• Fiona (5/5): Passable - If you like escape room games, you might enjoy the challenges to get into your room. In this case, do not read further. Location is central, room was clean. I spent ~40 minutes in front of the hotel figuring out how to get in. To be fair: booking did not make it easier, their support was basically zero. After booking the room, I received a daily message from the hotel that I had to complete an online checking, during which I needed to upload pictures of my passport, myself, and my credit card details to a webpage unknown to me. No information had been provided by booking that this is a legitimate procedure in Rome, so I hesitated. When I was in front of the hotel and realized it did not have a reception, I completed the check-in, but nothing happened. Much later I realized that in the last email, after several identical messages regarding the online check-in, at the very end of the message I could have found a PIN for the room. I called the number provided in the message - it was wrong. I called booking. They asked for three numbers, hidden somewhere in my booking account. After providing these, they kicked me out of the line. I wrote to every message and chat option I could find on the booking homepage. I would receive automated replies next day. Finally, I found an option on booking to "call the property". This number was finally correct and connected me with someone who sent me the door PINs for the hotel. The room was nice and clean, but smaller than on the pictures. The street in front of the building was very busy. The bedsheets were super thin, and even with the extra fleece blanket I found in the cupboard, it was too chilly for a good night of sleep.

It was clean and bed made up everyday but the bed and pillows also were rock hard - it’s not a room for comfort but if you are wanting a room just to sleep and go then I would recommend

The location of the building is 15 minutes walk to the train station. The room and especially the bathroom was very small. We would be more grateful if there were more coffee capsules. The elevator was a little bit weird but we liked it.

The room was clean and well decorated. They supplied us with new towels each day. Overall we had good stay. The bathroom was rather small. Shower booth had drainage problem. They supplied lots of amenities but shampoo/ body wash container was empty.
