• Nancy (9/5): Lovely place to stay. - This was a lovely, tastefully decorated, spacious apartment with a decent view of the city and Adriatic Ocean. We communicated with the owner on WhatsApp and the replies were almost immediate. Lorenca (owner) was very gracious and showed us all we needed to know when we arrived. We arrived by Uber as it is a narrow street and it would be hard to get there with luggage on foot if you took public trans. The kitchen was well appointed with all necessary utensils and an easy to use coffee machine (there only a few condiments though probably left by other renters) and the owner kindly left a bottle of red wine as a welcoming gift. There is a small grocery and cafe not far away (maybe 5-10 minute walk)with great bread and croissants. The balcony was awesome. The master bedroom had a well designed ensuite bathroom without a view of the ocean. The second bedroom was a bit smaller but still a good space with a view of the Adriatic. Not a big problem but the second bathroom was across from the living room which required a night time trek if nature called. The living room was extremely comfortable. The place was meticulously clean. It is quite a climb up from the old city but after being there four days, the four of us felt quite fit (average age 72). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very secure. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this location if you don’t mind the stairs (all had handrails). Nothing really. No complaints.
• Oliver (10/5): Great apartment with amazing views!! - Beautiful views, clean and updated apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood. If you come with a rental car there was no warning about a “old town pass” which you can get ahead of your stay from the rental manager. Luckily we cancelled our rental car and came by taxi who helped us get a local Uber to enter the restricted old town area.

• Rob (10/5): Location and quality fitout in this modern comfortable Apartment are next level. - Fantastic modern apartment, with every single amentity covered. Access, security and the general finish of the Apartment was exceptional. Host met us at the property as promised, and all communications with her were excellent. Great views over Old Town Dubrovnik, and the area is relatively quiet and peaceful. Nothing, I would 100% return here if we ever make a return visit to Dubrovnik in the future.

Great view , and super nice owner The location is a little bit hard for elderly to climb up from the old town
• Forster (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was modern, light and airy rooms. Two great bathrooms. Large terrace with table and chairs and sunbeds. Everything you needed and the host supplied bread, butter, milk and a bottle of wine which was a great touch. We liked everything so nothing more to say.

• Jocelin (9/5): Amazing views and very comfortable accommodations. - The view was amazing and the apartment was very comportable for two couples. We had a rental car so having garage parking was extremely valuable and allowed us to explore beyond the old town. Coming from the US we didn’t realize how small the hot water tanks in Europe are. A couple of us ended up with cold showers until we figured out we needed to jump in, get wet, turn off the water, soap up, and then turn it back on to rinse. Not a problem but would be a good notice to guests.
• Joan (10/5): Beautiful view and lovely interior. - Moobl is superb. The location is fantastic with a view of the old town. We had a lovely terrace and ate a couple of dinners outside. The living area was beautiful and the 2 bedrooms were lovely. One had an en suite shower room, the other had a separate shower room. Mitch was well equipped. We all appreciated that our car had garage access included and there was an elevator from the garage to the floor where we were staying. The walk down 330 steps is easy but coming back up took some fortitude. (A taxi from outside the east gate charged about €18,00). Loved Dubrovnik. It was great
• Pauline (10/5): The apartment provided secure and convenient place to explore Dubrovnik 💯 percent!! Amazing patio! - The host was very friendly and met us. Before we arrived she told us what we needed to know about calling 30 min before arrival so that she could meet us. She gave us detailed information on how to use the facilities, washing machine, door etc. we had done a lot of research before arrival so we knew where and what was which made things a lot easier. The host was brief and to the point so as not to seem intrusive but was also very on hand to help if needed. She made us feel very welcome and showed us how to park and secure the property as well. I wish breakfast was included! But this would mean missing a lovely walk to the old town. ☺️
• Pam (9/5): Perfect 3-4 day stay for two couples.. large deck.. amazing view - On our way there from airport we called our host and she was there to greet us.. it is a bit of climb up and down the stairs to land at the Polce gate in old town but the view was worth it! Very quiet and if you are riding the cable car it is within walking distance… down some stairs and to the left. Very easy. Would stay again Probably better manual on use of all.. we arrived early and we were shown a switch which looks like a light switch..and it’s for the water heater! Wellll our friends get in late thinking they are turning off all lights and next morning we all had to take cold showers🤷‍♀️.. perhaps mark switch? Hot water.. do not touch.

• Anne (10/5): Simply stunning apartment with the most gracious hostess - 10 is not high enough a rating to give this stay - 20/10 - An outstanding modern apartment. Every detail was attended to to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this spacious well equipped apartment enough - simply luxurious There was nothing not to like about this apartment- it was far above any expectations I had.
• Pattison (10/5): Lovely stay in a fabulous apartment with a great location close to the Old Town - The apartment was fabulous. It is a relatively new property, is very spacious, well equipped, super clean, and the beds are a good size as well as being really comfortable. The view from the large balcony is wonderful. Lorenca is a lovely host, extremely helpful and always contactable throughout our stay. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, for us it was a great location. Because the apartment is on the hill overlooking the old town, you do need to climb the steps on the way back but the apartment is your reward at the top! This was certainly not a negative so far as we are concerned. We would definitely return!
