• Tomasz (10/5): Wyjazd w pełni udany. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja- tramwaje do centrum dosłownie za rogiem. Mnóstwo sklepów w pobliżu, czynnych do późna. Kontakt z właścicielką znakomity.

• Ronny Freyer (7/5): Nur für anspruchslose Kurzaufenthalte - Lage zur Innenstadt und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ideal, da ich die Gegend von früheren Reisen kenne, habe ich gezielt gebucht. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Insgesamt gehört die Ausstattung der Wohnung erneuert und überholt. Die Möbel sind teilweise beschädigt, das Sofa hat ein Brandloch, dem Hocker fehlt ein Fuß, die Beleuchtung nur teilweise gegeben. Da ich mich dort nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten habe, ist es für drei Nächte ok gewesen.

Oddělené ložnice= rozdělení velkého pokoje sadrokarton.příčkou, která nedoléhá až ke stěně a do druhé ložnice musíte procházet přes první,tudíž min.soukromí. Dveře na WC v podstatě mezi kuchyň.koutem, maličké umyvadlo v kuchyni/chodbě. Ze sprch.koutu musíte vystoupit na chodbu, kde se musíte dooblékat. Ubytování není vhodné pro 2 nezávislé páry.

• Ulrich (8/5): - Very easy and polite contact... We knew this place from an earlier stay... Perfect for friends or couples looking for a well situated stay without "ChiChi"... Nö stags/hens etc please. Good matress and pillows. Will definitely be an opportunity for our next stay in Zizkov/Prague!
• Vaindlo (5/5): Omanik väiks uuendada oma apartamenti - Asukoht oli väga hea ja hubane apartament Kõik mis apartamendis oli ,on vananenud. Kõik millest kinni haarad lagunes. Külmkapi sügavkülma uks, haagid ukse küljes, toidu valmistamiseks pannid. Tahtsime suures toas diivanit lahti tõmmata, see oli nii tolmune et seda polnud 2 aastat puhastatud, pestud. Televiisor ei töötanud. Teavitasime omanikku , kohale ta ei tulnud. Televiisor oli väike nagu arvuti ekraan

• Mandy (3/5): Der Aufenthalt entsprach in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen, da die Wohnung insgesamt einen abgewohnten Eindruck - Nah zur Straßenbahn und zu einem Supermarkt. Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft entsprach in mehreren Punkten nicht den Erwartungen. Es gab lediglich eine Dusche und Toilette in separaten kleinen Räumen, jedoch kein richtiges Bad - Waschbecken in der Küche. Das ist auf den Fotos des Inserats nicht erkennbar. In den Küchenschränken stand teilweise schmutziges Geschirr, außerdem war die Ausstattung dürftig. Keine Kanne oder Krug für Tee oder Kaffee. Das Geschirr und Besteck ist abgenutzt (angeschlagen), und von minderer Qualität. Die Ausstattung wirkt „zusammen gewürfelt“ und teilweise unvollständig (3 Weingläser, 1 Sektglas) - Resteverwertung. Softgetränk-Gläser sind z. B. Werbeartikel von Coca-Cola. Ergibt keinen Abtropfkorb für Geschirr. Lebensmittel wie Öl, die alt aussehen stehen in den Schränken. Die Wohnung wirkt gesamt ungepflegt und abgewohnt. Die Türen hatten einen vergilbten Anstrich, Lackierung schlecht ausgebessert. Im Wohnzimmer begrüßte uns ein Silberfischchen, und ein unangenehmer Geruch nach altem Rauch (wie wir finden) liegt in der Luft. Das Sofa ist alt und hart, abgenutzt (speckig) und hatte ein großes Brand-Loch. Das Konzept der Lichtschalter haben wir nicht verstanden. Mehrere Lampen (Stehlampen, Lampe über Waschbecken) funktionierten nicht. Die ganze Möblierung und Dekoration sind insgesamt minderwertig, wie zusammengewürfelt und teilweise kaputt. Viele Möbel im Wohnzimmer- alle eigentlich leer oder sinnlos mit Dekoration versehen - wofür? Eine Frechheit ist es zwei Schlafzimmer auszuweisen. Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer, was dilettantisch mit einem Kleiderschrank und etwas Holz versucht wurde in zwei Zimmer zu teilen. Die „Wand“ zwischen den „Zimmern“ ist nicht einmal vollständig von Wand zu Wand und dadurch wird das Ganze sehr hellhörig. Dazu ist über den Kleiderschrank ein Glasfenster welches viel Licht einlässt. Hat das „Nebenzimmer“ Licht an ist das andere „Zimmer“ sehr hell.

• cpunch (8/5): Great location and friendly host - Great location, short walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. Host was excellent and very understanding when we were delayed with arrival. Place was fairly clean. Good to have a lift in the building as the place is 2 floors up. A fan in the place would be helpful for warmer weather. Room darkening curtains would also help.
• Farikh (2/5): Be more client oriented - Good location Two bedrooms is fake. There is just wardrobe beetween two rooms with a huge glass window over it. So is you turn a light in one, both lightened. The bathroom is strange. There are direct doors to wc and shower from the hall. The apartment needs a renovation urgently. Everything are very old and ruined. The beds are awfull. The linen is very old, apx. from 20th century. The small and old duvets. etc

• Oleh (7/5): - Klidný byt blízko centra, dobrá dopravní dostupnost. Check-in byl povolen o 2 hodiny dříve. Ihned při nastěhování do bytu byla střena městska daň ( přibližně 10% z ceny nastěhování).

• German (7/5): Good - Good location, few stops from the old city. Nice cafe and restaurants around. Good value for money. The staff was accommodating to our constraints to check-in a bit earlier. The shower is not very convenient and the hot water runs out quickly.
• Paul (9/5): A superb location for a mini break in Prague, and a nice apartment to get away to. - Location is excellent. Just a few tram stops right to the city centre. Nikoletta, our host was incredibly helpful. She was happy to change our meeting times as our plans changed, met us precisely when we arranged, and was super helpful in helping us settle in. The elevator is currently being fixed. Not an issue for us, we had very little baggage and the apartment is only on the second floor, but visitors with more baggage and/ or limited mobility should be aware.
• Ranjan (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location and host. Also a very good and clean house. City is just near by.
• Lídia (7/5): Good - Kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, mugs - all you need for preparing light dinner or breakfast. The interior looked cosy and clean, rooms were spatios (except for the bathroom part), and lots of place to unpack. The flat was close to the center either by walk or tram, and the owner prepared a nice list of useful information where to shop and how to travel. Beds were uncomfortable, even the bedframes were broken. The two bedrooms are only separated by a wardrobe, so basically there's one bedroom with two beds and a living room. The shower was opening from the hall, and literally the whole bathroom is the shower. The sink is in the hall/kitchen. The street was a bit noisy at night, and the curtains let all the light in, so we always got up earlier to the light.
