- NAHYAAN (9/5): Very good, really enjoyed and would highly recommend visiting Lake Placid Lodge - the apartments really well designed for families. Loved the hot tub it was the highlight of my stay. Location also really good, very centrally located to Whistler village. Not having a concierge or any staff at the property, very little amenities for the bathroom
- AminL (7/5): - Location Parking inconveniences Pool not functioning properly (wasn't flowing to trap bugs and leaves) No front desk help(on call service was great...helpfull call center staff compensated) Seemed lacking ...dated common areas. Got woken up one day at 5.30am..fire alarm.
- Pat (10/5): Wonderful - Outstanding apartment…. Super clean and comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Great kitchen. Just be aware that the price quoted initially does not include taxes, cleaning fee etc so the price ended up being double.

- Jean (9/5): Really enjoyed Creekside. Nice apartment and great location. - Excellent location near to the gondola. Lovely comfortable bed. Loved the hot tub and the pool. A couple of times I couldn’t get the door access codes to work. Once when taking the garbage out I got stuck in the garage. I eventually found another door that worked.

- Gillian (10/5): Fantastic place - Lake Placid Lodge is a fantastic place to stay, close to the lifts but in Creekside away from the village. We've stayed there before but the particular unit we stayed in (217) was above and beyond. New appliances, a lovely window seat, a fantastic closet organizer, plenty of lighting.... Check in was seamless. My daughter slept on the pull out couch and said it was the comfiest she's slept on. The heat in the hallways of the building is ridiculously hot. And the hot tub could definitely be hotter. The clothesline pull out thing in the bathroom wouldn't pull out. Small things.

- Nancy (7/5): Nice condo. Bed comfortable. Outdoor balcony good. Condo ill equipped and not particularly clean - Location was very good and apartment was a good layout Given it was a 9 star rating, the condo had very little other than the bare basics. No iron or kitchen basics that you’d expect. The fan we found in the wardrobe was covered in dust. Not sure if cupboards were checked during the clean as there were opened items left from previous guests.
