• Rosemary (7/5): - The bedrooms and lounge were a reasonable size, clean and tidy with nice bedding. We had a small issue with a light switch on the first evening. We contacted the property manager that evening and a repair was organised the very next morning. Communication a couple of weeks before our visit was a bit slow but a few days before the visit and during our stay communication was excellent with a clear person to contact with any issues. Overall a good experience. The kitchen was a bit small, but ok if you are not doing too much cooking. There wasn't a suitable table to sit and eat at apart from in the small garden, but for a couple of nights stay it was fine..

• Jennie (4/5): Awful communication - Clean, good size and well presented Incredibly poor communications for the hosts. The parking was an issue and the host failed to give accurate information or book a permit as needed, despite numerous requests. Messages were ignored. WiFi info was incorrect. Really disappointing customer service.
• Bodo (9/5): Klasse! Das Vermieterteam ist sehr professionell. Hat alles gut geklappt. - Die Ausstattung war gut. Es fehlte nur die passende Kaffeemaschine. Aber Betten, Handtücher und Bad waren sehr gut. Wie gesagt, es gab nur eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine. Aber das ist auch schon alles.
• cerovečki (5/5): the location was great for us, but the staff and cleanliness were a disaster - The location was great considering the place we had to go to every day. 15 min walk Before arriving, we had to send information and emails that no one responded to, even if they confirmed that they had received them, but you are left in suspense until the moment of arrival. When we were supposed to enter, we waited 45 minutes in front of the apartment and froze while the host sent us the pin for the keybox. When we entered, everything smelled of dampness, you could feel it, the walls in the rooms had stains and dirt. The bed linen also smelled of dampness, and looked like it hadn't been changed in years. Some even had holes and stains. The dishes in the kitchen were terribly dirty, so much so that we had to wash everything again ourselves. We asked them for the bill, which we are still waiting for, we sent another request, to which no one responds again.
• Ronald (5/5): Een modern ingericht huis dat opgeknapt moet worden - Deze locatie was uitgekozen vanwege de ligging dichtbij de Abba Arena. Hoewel het enige tijd duurde voordat we het appartement in konden, was het wel vrij goed schoongemaakt. Ook de badkamer en de (regen) douche waren voldoende. De reserveringsprocedure is niet zoals ik bij Booking.com gewend ben. Na de reservering moet een foto met identiteitsbewijs naast een eigen portretfoto opgestuurd worden. Daarbij moet een security borg van 150 pond betaald worden. De reserveringsvoorwaarden zijn vrij dwingend geschreven, met vrij veel boete opleggingen indien er niet aan voldaan wordt. Wat jammer is, want er werd beloofd dat de procedure voor het ontvangen van de sleutel tussen 2 en 3 's middags beschikbaar zou komen. Na drie uur p.m. kregen we een berichtje dat we binnen enkele minuten de procedure zouden ontvangen, en dat men bezig was om de laatste zaken te regelen. Toen we om 15.40 bij het appartement aankwamen, zat de sleutel niet in het kluisje. Er brandde wel licht, maar er werd niet opengedaan. Na telefonisch contact konden we uiteindelijk wel naar binnen, maar het zou tot bijna 4.30 p.m. duren voordat de schoonmaak afgerond was. Het huisje is enigszins modern ingericht, maar de afwerking is dat zeker niet! Vlekken op de muren, dode insecten op verschillende plekken, waterschadeplekken, ramen die niet open of dicht gedaan kunnen worden. En een brandgat in de dekbedovertrek. De keuken is klein, er is keukengerei aanwezig maar we hebben (gelukkig) niet gekookt. Wat ook weer onhandig is: het ontbreken van een theedoek in de keuken voor het drogen. Handdoeken waren in voldoende mate aanwezig. Bij de checkout van het appartement moet een foto worden gemaakt van de sleutel in het sleutelkluisje. Geen idee wat men hiermee wil bereiken. Zowel een foto van de sleutel in een open kluisje, als een foto van de sleutel in een dicht kluisje geven geen enkele zekerheid of de sleutel inderdaad is achtergelaten! Mijn tip aan de eigenaren zou zijn: doe een opknapbeurt aan het huis. Werk het wat beter af, dat zal de beoordelingen positief beinvloeden. En maak de voorwaarden wat simpeler en klantvriendelijker! Schrap de borg en het moeten opsturen van foto's!

• Maisha (1/5): Unacceptable conditions — I couldn’t even stay the night and had to move to a hotel. - The location was convenient for Westfield Stratford. The apartment was in a very poor condition on arrival. There were false eyelashes and a fake nail on the floor, stained sofa, dirty towels, and visible water damage on the walls. The bedding did not look clean or hygienic, and I noticed bite marks on my hand shortly after being there, raising concerns about pests. Because of this, I did not stay overnight and had to book a hotel instead.

• Rudie (1/5): Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is slecht - De tuin Een paar dagen voor aankomst moet je een foto van je paspoort doorsturen. Heel bijzonder. De verhuurder geeft in communicatie aan dat je voor elke minuut extra direct moet betalen. Toen wij aankwamen lag de natte beddenwas nog in de wasmachine. De wifi informatie was onjuist. Ik had een parkeer licentie betaald aan de verhuurder en toch een boete gekregen. Verhuurder was slecht bereikbaar om dit op te lossen. Badkamer tegels liggen los. Boek dit alleen als je echt niks anders kunt vinden.
• Steve (1/5): Don’t book with these hosts!!! - Owners cancelled our booking two hours before we were due to stay by text message!!! They did not inform Booking.com so I had to find very short notice accommodation for my family. To date I still have not received my security deposit back (5 weeks later) despite being told on the day that it would be sorted out straight away.

Sypialnia z podwójnym łóżkiem nie był sprzątnięty , brudne chusteczki pałętały się po pokoju. Pościel na łóżku nie była zmieniona mnóstwo pajęczyn. W kuchni na podłodze rzucone były brudne ręczniki
• Hannah (6/5): Good location - Good location and comfortable beds, water pressure was good in the shower. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, the outside area needs some love. No clean tea towels and the Wifi wouldn’t work or come up on our phones. I paid the deposit they wanted with paypal and then instead of them paying for the fee as it’s their deposit they wanted they took it off my money, very disappointed in that.

Greasy marks on wall as no headboard on bed. Garden trashed and full of cigarette butts and overgrown with weeds and stinging nettles.

• Dave (6/5): Pleasant - Decent enough apartment, well equipped and very close to the ABBA Arena, which is why we were in London. The bin hadn't been emptied, and there were no clean dry towels, although there were dirty.ones in the washing machine. We found washing powder and bin bags, so dealt with these matters ourselves. The apartment could do with a bit of TLC, and that, combined with better servicing, I reckon you could charge more for the property.
• Daren (7/5): Comfy and relaxing - The property was two bedrooms a good size property with everything you need apart from an ironing board. The property was cold when entering but soon warmed up with the heating on. The plus was location and size and it was clean and tidy, very modern in areas and could make a lovely London stay for more than a weekend, lovely garden area in London which is a plus and close to bus services and ABBA Voyage. The minuses were light in bathroom only worked on the mirror, there were two beds in the living room which made it awkward to watch tv unless you were on the bed, the shower head needed a good clean because it was clumping with water on one side, the communication from the vendor was poor, we asked for parking in Friday and Saturday and sent details over however they needed to be called on both days to make sure it was booked, we had to call more times because they were not answering emails or messages on booking.com fast enough. The people in the flat upstairs were either very heavy footed or had no carpets as it was very loud everyone they walked but that it not the fault of the company. All in all the flat was nice and if they deal with these issues they would get full scores in the future.

• Charlotte (6/5): A good location but has issues - Location was good, the rail line was within walking distance. We had things booked in hackney and spent time in central London too. The noise from the flat upstairs was unbearable in the night on both nights of our stay, it's taken quite some time to get my deposit back (that wasnt on the advert), the kitchen was not clean enough to use properly if needed, the walls and skirting were very dirty, I had trouble getting a response from the owners before our stay and had to get booking.com to step in and help, the double bed was comfy enough but the single beds were not.
• Janice (8/5): Modern 2 bed apartment review - The location is great for the ABBA Arena, Dentaprime and the main area of Stratford. Transport is all within walking distance of the accommodation. There wasn't much that we disliked because the accommodation and location was suitable for our needs.
• Charles (5/5): I would not recommend this property. - There was a rat sitting next to my daughter on the bed and others running around. We stayed and tried to get the host to remedy the rodent issue-received one response promising that some would take care of it the next day. Host did not send anyone or respond to any inquires after that so we checked out as scheduled. Not a good experience. I wish we had stayed in a hotel and not decided to stay at this property. Host was very hard to obtain a response from. They collected the money up front then no customer service was provided. If the host disputes my comments, I have the e-mail trail showing no response until I asked Booking.com to try and contact the host. This is no way to run a business !

Ideal for Abba. - Location for Abba Voyage, little outdoor space which is full of weeds but still nice to have. Property needs a little TLC and there were only 3 mugs and not many glasses. Had to pay deposit and I am chasing to get it back, 2 weeks after my stay.
• Trevor (1/5): Reasonable Flat, Horrendous Customer Service!!! - Arrived at property there was no bedding for the sofa bed, called and was told they would get back to me, no reply, dealt with one of thier colleagues via whatsapp who was very happy and engaging when it came to paying £150 security deposit, £10 for parking but not as fast to organise bedding which didnt arrive till 2pm on the 2nd day, this was after querying of there was more than the 4 ppl staying, i said we are workmen we arent goin to share a double bed, after sleeping on a sofa bed and waking up cold at 3am complained again was told it would be sorted then a guy came and brought me a duvet cover and a sheet, no pillows, no duvet he went away and came back with a duvet but when asking the company for a partial refund was told "my bosses wont do that, can offer me a late checkout which was of no benefit given we leave for work at 6am. Was told later that evening by lady on whatsapp that they could offer me a discount on a future stay and when asked what type of discount no further replies
• Jenny (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS ALL FUR COAT AND NO KNICKERS (i.e. looks OK but items missing orfaulty) - The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was quite nice too. Disgusting, stinking, foul-smelling, putrid wheelie bins out front; we could smell them literally 2 houses away & we couldn't move them as there was literally nowhere else to put them. The washing machine was broken with laundry stuck inside. No tumble dryer even though the listing says there is one, and we didn't see a clothes horse although there's supposed to be 1 there as well. The Wi-Fi stopped working twice & no-one came to fix it, the host (1 of 3 hosts) was unhelpful when we contacted her. No bathroom towels at all, not even hand towels. They brought us towels about 5pm but as we had to go out it was too late for us to shower, & as we'd been travelling from Manchester by bus since early morning so we really needed to shower before going out. The bathroom light wasn’t working & we noticed large water damage spots in the bathroom ceiling. No tea towels or oven gloves in the kitchen (also, very few utensils). There was a loose phone socket in the living-room hanging out of the wall by loose wires. Garden in a very untidy state – full of huge weeds around the edges, very ugly looking. 1 of the bedsteads in the smaller bedroom (twin beds) was completely squint – also there was nowhere to store clothes or anything at all in this bedroom, no wardrobe or drawers, not even a shelf. We asked the neighbour 2 houses away, same side, if we could please use his Wi-Fi code as my friend’s son, a student, needed internet for exam work. The neighbour told us it’s an unregulated Airbnb, that it’s not registered with the council, & that he’s fed up with visitors always contacting him because of the Wi-Fi going off, etc. So this appears to be an illegal business. I asked him how can this rental flat be on Booking.com if it’s unregulated? He said the owners can get round this by moving from Airbnb to Booking.com then back again every 90 days.

• Louise (1/5): Terrible!!! - Nothing! The property is in much need of a deep clean and repaint. I feel disappointed as the description for the property does not match what you get. I had to leave and find an alternative place to stay as it was that bad! Firstly when I arrived the door was difficult to open and close and didn’t feel very secure. I went into the first bedroom to drop in my bags and straight away my attention was drawn to the top of the bed, it was really dirty along where you were meant to sleep and already I felt uncomfortable with the thought of having to sleep there! There is no wardrobe facility and as I was supposed to be there for a week it meant living out of a suit case. Upon using the bathroom, there was a leak coming from the apartment upstairs, there was water dripping through the ceiling not only resulting in a possible health and safety issue the lights wouldn’t work as a result of this. I tried to communicate straight away with the hosts who failed to get back to me for over 12 hours. Still nothing was done! The apartment was dirty, the cooker didn’t look like it had been cleaned for several months which resulted in me not wanting to cook. There’s was a smell of damp and you could see problem areas in the walls of the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. There was a hole in the living room wall between the window. The tenants above were very noisy from 2-4 (which I’ll admit isn’t the fault of the hosts). The parking I found to be misleading information. You can get a car parking space if you’re lucky and you have to pay £2 a day for a permit. Overall I felt I couldn’t stay for the whole duration due to the poor facilities and poor communications. I would not recommend this property at all. The hosts really need to carry out some major maintenance and cleaning work to meet a standard where someone would be comfortable staying. I have attached just a few photos as the proof is right there! Sometimes people have different opinions so I wanted to show just how bad it was.

• Batistelli (10/5): Comfort, practicality and accessibility in one place. - Very well located and accessible to public transport. I arrived at the centre and tourist places that I wanted very fast. Very clean and organised. It really matches what I saw in the photos. Nothing. It was perfect.
