• Diana (10/5): We very enjoyed - We stayed in the apartment for a long time. It was more like staying at an Italian friend's house. Spacious, well-kept apartment, very clean and comfortable to live in - there is everything and even more. The house is securely protected by a gate with an additional key. Check In is self-own with clear instructions. Everything is easy and independent. The management and patronage of the apartment is carried out by the company "CaseOspitali - Giallo Milano" through Booking.com, which allowed us to make a quick order in a short time. The management of the company is very professional, in several languages, with a quick response and attention to requests. In addition to the company's control, there is a connection with the owner of the apartment, who responds very quickly to requests thru WATSUP. Sometimes I sleep poorly and at home I go to sleep in the 2nd bedroom and asked about a 2nd set of bed linen for the sofa, in addition to the double bed. An unusual request and I was ready for a refusal, but ... the 2nd set of linen and early check in were a good start. I slept very well (air conditioning and a good atmosphere in the apartment) and didn’t use 2nd set , but I was grateful to both the owner of the apartment Rafaello and the representative of the company Ket for taking into account our requests. Our long stay in Milan brought various issues and everything was resolved quickly and professionally. I must say that during 2 weeks in Milan we had a comparative experience in several places, and the company CaseOspitali stands out for its professionalism and desire to provide the best service. Thank you very much! We know who to contact on our next visit to Milan . Nothing.
