Positive sides: fully equiped kitchen and other items present (iron, dishwasher, coffee maker...), clean, great location (close to public transport & EU institutions), silent at night, free wi-fi. Downsides (easily fixed): missing lightbulbs, non- working TV, broken curtains.

- Szymon (1/5): Never book here - it's a scam! - Nobody came to check me in, there was no response to any of the many messages I sent and calls I made (number unavailable). This is a scam, don't book here unless you want to lose your money paid in advance, as I did.

Do not book this accommodation! You might end up in the same unpleasant situation as we did! This was the first time we faced such an issue. Initially, the host failed to provide any information about how the check-in process would work or about any conditions or rules. There were no notifications or instructions from them at all. On the morning of the check-in day, I messaged the host myself, informing them that we were delayed on the road and would arrive by 8 PM, and I asked how the check-in would proceed. However, I received no response. After trying to contact the host everywhere possible (WhatsApp, Telegram) and even calling them, we realized that this might be a scam and that there would be no check-in. Luckily, upon arriving in the evening, we managed to find alternative accommodation. But I’m in complete shock that this person never responded, even after I wrote that we were afraid of being stranded overnight in an unfamiliar city. I even suggested that we could pick up the keys ourselves if they couldn’t come. The host read my WhatsApp messages and still didn’t reply. I am horrified that such irresponsible and inhumane people exist and that Booking.com hasn’t blocked them yet.

- Giulia (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Situated in the European district, it is ideal for a business trip, but it is also easy to walk to the city centre. Clean and spacious apartment, it had everything I needed. The host is very nice

They make us wait hours, they didn’t answer any of our messages, than some man came and told us he is the brother of main home owner, and make us wait more, and we didn’t even stay there and they didn’t cancel our reservation they stole our money and made us suffer, we paid somewhere else to stay. We want full refund. We reported to booking. They haven’t return our messages to. Don’t make a reservation here. These people scammed us. - Daniel (9/5): Great place at a good price. - Excellent location, really close to European Commission. Friendly host. Clean and quiet apartment. Nice building, with secure access. I wish the kitchen had enough amenities at least for making breakfast (like paper towels, for example).
