Guest Reviews
- Bernadette (10/5): Absolutely loved our 4 day stay here. It was cosy & comfortable. Within walking distance to train station, restauran - The building is secure and central to everything. You can walk to the shops e.g Costco, the pharmacy, restaurants & Canada place. It has the best views.
It has a washing machine & dryer which is so handy when you're on holiday. Was a bit noisy at night with people on the streets fighting & screaming
- Linda (8/5): Overall, it was a good fit for our group - The property had great views and was in a good location. Lots of yummy restaurants close to the complex. The shower in the ensuite was awkward and a little confusing. There seemed to be a lot if rules. I thought a $250 fine for not taking out the bin was a little excessive. Also $1000 fine for late check out was a lot
- Enrique (10/5): - Super equipado. Limpio. La piscina y el hot tub al aire libre son fenomenales. El apartamento no tiene armarios.
- Holly (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice at end of the day. - Location - very central, next to sky train. Size - big enough for my family of six. Parking - the stall we were given was too small for our SUV.
- Tatiana (9/5): -
- David (9/5): - Really helpful owner / host
- Norman (10/5): -
- Ellis (10/5): - Proximity to concert Price for parking
Only one key fob

- Elaine (10/5): A comfortable, convenient and beautiful apartment for seeing Vancouver city. - The location was perfect for our plans, near Canada Place, Gastown, Stanley Park, and the Lions Gate bridge for Points East of downtown. Security was good so we felt safe. The communication with the property manager was efficient and any issues were resolved quickly. Hmm, can’t think of anything.
- Sarah (8/5): The accommodation was fine for a short stay - The property was clean and the owners very quick to respond to our queries. There was enough seating in the living room for 4 people. Interesting concept on luxury. The flooring is not great and the sofas were tired. The area although fine is close to the notorious area of Vancouver
- Jason (8/5): Great apartment that could do with some modernisation, but an amazing host and good value for money. - The host was great at responding and communicating and for this reason alone I think it's a great place.
Overall the apartment was as advertised, clean, well stocked kitchen and comfortable. The apartment needs some maintenance but all minor. Small things like the aircon units have pipes blocking the blinds are annoying, but overall it's nice.

- Suzytours (9/5): -
- Alexandra Lamond (9/5): lovely - location and property was beautiful initial entry was a bit cumbersome but perfect once you're in
- Kelly (9/5): - Great location We were there on some really warm days and the room air conditioners worked good in the bedrooms but the living area stayed pretty warm. Unexpected extra charge for parking. Maybe I missed it in the original listing?
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (8/5): Location was great and seemed like a good value based upon other properties that were available. Walking distance to BC - Location
- Alie (7/5): Overall, it was a pretty good stay! - The location was excellent! Just a quick walk to the sky train and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Although the apartment was very clean, it did feel a little bit dated. The sofa bed in the living room is very small and not comfortable.
The parking also wasn’t very clear as it wasn’t written down anywhere in the check-in manual. We were thrown off that we had to pay extra for this and that it wasn’t included in our stay.
Check out instructions regarding the fob were also confusing, as I ended up taking the stairs out of the building on check-out with my luggage as you need a fob to use the elevator!
Otherwise, the apartment did have what we needed and the location was great.
- Ang (7/5): Good -
- Oleg (8/5): Very good -
- Dan (8/5): Good all around. - Good location for us. Plenty of room for four. Good layout and great view. Apartment was pretty worn. Floor in bad condition, broken towel rack and two lights not working. It seems they don’t pay much attention to maintenance needs.
- Fawzia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lara (8/5): Fantastic Host and Location - The location was great for us. My sister had to see the doctors at the footbridge clinic. The views were great. Clean and tidy. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The parkade was huge and a bit confusing. The only down side was the China town sky train stop. Could hear the train slightly. Not terrible but just there.
The parkade FOB did not open the gate. Fortunately a resident opened it for us. Not the resident car sitting right behind us. They just sat and honked. Not sure what we were supposed to do there or what the proper edicate is in that situation.
- Lyndi (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (5/5): Extremely bad area to stay for tourists even if the appartement is nice - The apartment is ok but it is not high "end luxury" even if efforts has been made. Scratches on the floor, insufficient portable air con. The terrace table does not know how a sponge looks like. Nevertheless Hugo is nice and reacts rapidly to emails. We could enter the apartment early in the morning which we really appreciated with two kids and an overnight in the plane behind us. Chinese supermarket and Skytrain station or busses nearby. 20-minute walk to Canada Place. We did not like the area at all and would not recommend tourists to stay there. We always felt unease, not to say unsafe.
Do not go with children.
- Carol (8/5): Location with a view of the city makes this a great spot to explore Vancouver. - The location is super. Close to everything with cafes right downstairs and the city view is fantastic. The host is doing his best to cool the apartment despite the rules against window ac units but the machines in the rooms are noisy and require venting through the window which let's in warm air.
