• Helen (6/5): - It was generally a comfortable, clean house with a nice living area. 2 of the sliding doors could not be locked so the house was not secure especially at night. We jammed a high chair against one of the doors. The yard needed work as the grass hadn’t been mown and gardens needed weeding.
• Kristy (6/5): The stay was pleasant and clean. - The house was easy to find and the location was perfect for our purpose. The gardens were overgrown and not kept. It was cosy inside, but not so well looked after outside.

• HowYang (10/5): Great and Nice! - The space is clean, bright, and spacious. There’s a small riverside area in the backyard that’s perfect for a walk! However, since it uses a storage-type water heater, please be aware that hot water may run out if there are many people.

We would all like to go back again. - The property was large & open, beautifully decorated, spotless, had everything needed for a restful stay. Close to the town for shopping, cafes, restaurants & historical sites. The owner messaged us with entry details to the property, then contacted us after we arrived in case we needed anything extra. A very helpful & friendly person. As a group of 4 senior ladies, we found nothing we could complain about.
• Linden (5/5): Probably suitable for a family. Lacking details. - Close to Bowral. Air conditioning . Back door didn’t lock. Kitchen equipment mismatched and unclean. Toaster unclean. Air conditioner noisy. Lack of kitchen utensils. Back yard rather messy and neglected.

• Sally (9/5): Very pleasant. - The property was set in a quiet location not too far from the town centre. It had plenty of space for our needs. The only small thing I can think of is that the shrubbery along the drive way could do with a good trim to make it easier for parking/ getting in and out of vehicles.

Clear instructions on how to get in to the home ,Communicating with Louise was great always got back to me. We had a wonderful time thanks again.

• Katie (9/5): Ted’s place is a home away from home. We loved the walking track out the back gate. - The location was fantastic, there is a walking track directly out the back gate , which was fantastic for our Dogs. A very quiet position in town but close to Bowral Main Street
