- Thao (10/5): Great location & nice room! - I have stayed in quite a few hotels in different areas, mostly in the city center & this is definitely one of the best so far. The location is amazing, right in the city center and super close to Metro Line 10. The street itself is also one of the nicest I have seen in Shanghai, especially compared to other central areas I have stayed in. The room was clean and had a really nice view, which I appreciated a lot. The staff were very friendly as well. While their English isnt very sufficient, they were always supportive & did their best to help. Definitely worth the money, highly recommended. I would love to come back on my next trip 👍

- Vernes Hyman (9/5): very good hotel!! i would stay here again!! - clean, reasonable rate, VERY COMFORTABLE pillows and blanket (i love them)!!! not really a fault of theirs but it is about a 400m walk to the nearest subway exit. still an easy walk, just a personal preference to find a hotel that is a bit nearer.
- Olga (8/5): Отличное расположение и некоторые нюансы внутри - Район - чудесный, архитектура и инфраструктура вокруг - просто шикарные, транспортная доступность - прекрасная. Рядом культовые кофейни, все нужные магазины. В 2 км бесконечная набережная - бегуны оценят. Шторы создают такой blackout, что, просыпаясь утром, я не была уверена, что сейчас не глубокая ночь. Порадовало наличие у отеля своих дрип-пакетов с кофе и чаем. По-моему, это милый и важный шажок навстречу гостю. Раковина и фен не в ванной комнате, а в той же части номера, где находится кровать. Я это не поняла по фотографиям, но претензий к отелю тут нет, мне самой надо было смотреть внимательнее. Я не думала, что именно нам это будет неудобно. Если один человек проснулся раньше и даже не помыл голову, а просто чистит зубы, то невозможно не разбудить другого. В лобби нет розеток (зарядить телефон вы сможете только в номере) и очень холодно. В день, когда мы заселялись, шел дождь. Чай нам предложили, но заряжать телефоны пришлось от пауэрбанков, а wi-fi начал работать только после регистрации и заезда в номер. Возможно, стоит продумать какой-то вариант гостевой розетки и временного wi-fi на первом этаже.
- Hataichanok (4/5): okay but need to be careful if you book with booking.com - The location is good. Staff is helpful (the lady at front desk) There was the problem with booking.com and hotel. When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find the booking on the system. We wasted almost 4hours going no where only try to find solution of the booking room. We almost had to find the new hotel or no place to stay. However, the staff was very good and helpful. We eventually managed to get the rooms at the Atour but we paid 50% more expensive.

- Katharina (6/5): - Gute Lage in Shanghai. mitten an der Einkaufsmeile und zentral. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer war sauber. Verschiebe Dinge vielen wären meines Aufenthaltes aus. Erst der Stom für mein Zimmer, dann die Klimaanlage, dann setzte sich der Sichheitsverschluss der Zimmertür fest, so dass ich Nichtbeachtung aus dem Zimmer kam. 4 von 5 Tagen war in der Übersicht fürs Frühstück mein Zimmer nicht vermerkt und jeden Tag musste ich die Buchung vorzeitig, dass ich Frühstück mitgebracht hatte. Dieses geschah immer mit einem Vorwurf, als wenn ich mir das Frühstück erschleichen wollte. Das Zimmer wird nie vor 17 Uhr gemacht. Gerade in der Zeit in der man sich zwischen Ausflug und Abendessen nochmal ausruhen möchte.

Got back to check in at 9pm and was told the room was not yet clean/ready. This was disappointing and shocking but they mediated by offering a free upgrade.

- chunja (10/5): - 숙소 위치가 가장 만족스러웠음. 영어로 대화하기는 어려웠으나 영어를 말하는 직원이 있어 해당 직원이 있을 때는 문제 해결하기가 매우 수월했음. 번역기를 이용하여 대화하는 데 많이 불편하지는 않았음. 불편한 점을 이야기하면 바로 바로 해결해 주어 머무는 동안 많은 도움이 되었음. 직원들의 서비스 제공에 만족함. 4인용 숙박을 예약했으나 3인용 숙소가 제공되어 조금 불편했음. 예약시에 침대 크기를 확인하는 것이 도움될 것 같음.

- Maya (7/5): - Ein Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken (sehr schlimm), das zweite was uns gegeben wurde hat auch gestunken (nach schweiß und hatte kein Fenster zum durchlüften. Beim dritten Zimmer haben wir ein Riesen upgrade bekommen mit Fenster zum durchlüften und dann war es okay, weiß aber nicht was wir sonst gemacht hätten.

- Alexis (5/5): Bien au debut et tres mauvais a la fin - Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement. D’abord une nuit dans 2 chambres séparées et ca c’est très bien passé : la femme nous a permis de faire un early check-in et un late check-out sans supplément et les chambres étaient très biens. Apres une nuit dans une autre ville, nous sommes revenus dans le même hotel pour deux nuits supplémentaires et ça s’est beaucoup moins bien passé : l’homme a la réception ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais et n’a pas respecté le prix convenu avec booking. Une des tablettes a coté du lit était cassée et il était impossible d’éteindre certaines lumières. Nous sont très mal dormi.

Hotel room I booked was bit smaller and it didn't had any window. I had to upgrade to another room with window and paid extra. The room was better. The hotel staffs were very nice, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast didn't have enough choices for foreigners. Mostly Chinese breakfast. I didn't like the room with no window. It should be very clearly mentioned on the property website.

- Sau Kuin (8/5): - The hotel location is good + there is Starbucks Coffee next to the hotel, make me happy! The staff is friendly, make me feel welcome and the hotel is comfortable to stay.

- Eric (5/5): so/so stay in Atour on W Nanjing Road - the staff was very friendly and accommodating when needed (and after pushing, see what I didn't like). The location is superb the room I got the first night was w/o windows ... which is ok BUT the room was more a hot pot than a room. The temperature was extremely high until I couldn't take it any longer. I asked for a different room with a window for the 2nd night and had to pay an additional amount (really ?). After discussing the staff agreed that I'd get it for the same price. This is ... never seen (I am travelling daily for many years and have spent more nights in hotels than at home). The breakfast doesn't have anything for international guests and we are on W Nanjing Road, not in the province !
- Bridget (8/5): Enjoyed it bar the language issue - Would have liked more European breakfast. Muesli English language. It is open to international visitors and so there should be a level of English. This was not easy.
