• Belinda (8/5): Great place to stay but they should get the cleaning up to standard. - Great security. Handy to both Perth city and Fremantle with a bus stop right outside the door. Quite quiet despite being on a main road. Efficient aircon and generally facilities were fine. The beds were comfortable with a great choice of bed linen to suit all weathers. Very dirty overall. We had to de-mould and sanitise both showers before use. They were unhygienic, covered in black mould and smelled. We also had to clean the washing machine before we could use it as the rubber around the door was covered in black slime and for some reason had two loose rusty bolts stuck under the seal. There was rubbish under one of the beds and on top of the fridge that had been there for a long time as it was covered in dust. The electric points and double adaptors behind one of the beds were smothered in dust. We removed dried up spills on one of the bedroom carpets. The vacuum cleaner and dust buster provided were already full to overflowing with dirt when we arrived and we chose not to use the unclean balcony.

• Monie (8/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation - Everything was clean and had a nice car parking system to fit two cars. Bedroom were a good size and many kitchen utensils available. Nice location to get around. We stayed for 8 days and only 1 set of towels was given and three rolls of toilet paper. We had accommodated at other stays for the same amount and they provide two sets of towels for hygiene purposes and another set of toilet paper to be provided once only when requested. It would be nice if they accommodated for guests staying over 4 days with two sets of towels for change over. No towel hook in the master bedroom, so no where to hang wet towels.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - Quality furniture 2 days prior to occupying being advised of $220 cleaning fee. Pots, cutlery & glasses we're not as clean as they should be. Too much written correspondence.
• Adnan (10/5): I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a perfect getaway close to everywhere i - I had an incredible experience staying at the Minimalist Exec apartment. The entire property was beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, impeccably clean and equipped with modern amenities that made my stay feel luxurious. The location is ideal between CBD and Fremantle, then close to teh city beaches. Parking was complicated.
