• Andy (7/5): Nice large apartment with a big balcony. Small kitchen, no A/C - Nice big balcony. Large apartment with multiple rooms. The landlord was very responsive regarding a small issue with the phone access door lock. Once we had the key it was easy to access the apartment. The location is good with several tram stops around the corner. Kitchen area is small and has too many appliances with only one socket. Two fans help with air circulation but A/C would make sleeping easier. It was a very hot few days though (over 35 degrees).
• Manmohan (4/5): Disappointing - Clean place. Spacious. Close to the tram station. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable! I was not able to sleep on it and had to shift on the floor! When I contacted the support team, they were quick to respond but only said that it is out of their working hours and we can only do it later. The later never happened.

• Jeffrey (7/5): Pleasant stay, but warm due to high temperatures - Great location. Easy access to shops, restaurants, public transportation. Toaster. Basic kitchen items like cooking oil, salt, sugar, Nespresso pods included. Some laundry soap also included. Church bells that rang at 0730 every morning. No air conditioning so windows needed to be open to cool the apartment down. No fans.

• Vassilena (10/5): The best place to stay!!! - The terrace was amazing and incredible - very wide with nice green view and comfortable furnitures. Really very close to city center. I recommended this place to few friends and I would use it again next time I visit Vienna. I wish I have such place in every city I visit. nothing
• Anna (10/5): I definitely recommend it 🤍 - There was that “hotel” feeling in the apartment. Very clean, spacious with the white cotton bedding sets. Even though the location seems very close to the Inner Stadt the walking distance is about 25-30 minutes. On the second day we’ve decided to use our car to save the energy. The tiny thing that upset me for a little is the amount of capsules for the coffee machine for a 5 days stay. Unfortunately I bought the wrong ones and we couldn’t have a cup of coffee before the airport.

It was very easy and comfortable to do the check-in! The heater works very good in the apartments so it was even hot for the December, the water in the bathroom was also warm. We would definitely come back and recommend this place! Absolutely nothing:)

Perfect location for sightseeing, comfortable check in and check out. The huge terrace is amazing. There were some ants around the trash. The bed was too soft for my taste.

• Ben (10/5): We had a great short stay in this property and I’d be happy to return in future! - Great property, very close and good price for how close it is to the centre, took us about 5 minutes to walk to Wien Mitte shopping centre where there was a wide range of shops and restaurants, and about 10-15 minutes to walk to the main high street. The owner was very helpful and communicative before and throughout our stay and made everything very simple and easy.
• Andrew (10/5): Great apartment, good value and location - Great location that is 5 minutes from the train station, mall and supermarket, and 15 minutes away from the city centre. The communication and check in process is excellent, and the host provides clear photos for each step of the check in. The apartment is very comfortable, very large and spacious inside. Both bedrooms had very large beds. There was no lounge room as shown in the photos, but the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and eating home meals. There is a washing machine but there is no dryer, which made it difficult to dry our clothes in the winter.
• Sara (8/5): Perfect as a base to go and explore the beautiful city - It was in a great central location. The bedrooms were large and the balcony was fantastic. The apartment was modern and furnished really nicely. The kitchen was tiny - we didn’t try sitting / squeezing round the table - luckily we didn’t have to as we ate on the balcony as the weather was so nice. There was no sitting room - looking back it doesn’t say there is but it was still a bit of a surprise. Also the curtains in one of the rooms didn’t reach all the way across the window which wasn’t nice.
• Megan (9/5): Comfortable spot close to many amenities and public transit. - Instructions were very clear and the pictures were very helpful! The dark curtains in the bedroom didn’t completely cover the windows. Adding another panel Or two would make this a 10/10!
• Debbie (8/5): Nice modern apartment. - The apartment is in a good location, it's modern (which is why we chose it)) & it's clean. The terrace is lovely and catches the sun.. Communication is good too.. I would recommend this apartment as I feel it would suit a lot of people. I've marked the apartment an 8 and not higher for a few reasons. Unfortunately with the sofa being a sofa bed we didn't find it very comfortable, a foot stool would be a great addition to the property. The bed was too soft for us but would be comfortable for others. The biggest thing for us was that the curtains didn't cover the windows properly in the lounge/diner or the bedroom.. Because of this we got woken up very early with the sunlight, so we didn't't sleep very well overall. On our last night we had an issue but unfortunately they couldn't sort this out until the next day. Unlike hotels there's nowhere to store your cases once you've checked out, so you need to find some storage. I think hotels suit us better, but again that's just our personal preference.

• Julia (8/5): Clean, quiet, well-appointed flat. - Clean, well-appointed flat. The terrace is amazing: very large, with varied seating options. WiFi and shower pressure are strong. Kitchenette has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the flat faces inner garden. There are no drawers: even a single small chest of drawers would be very useful. It would be better if the bed had a night stand on both sides (one side is against the wall). Livingroom should have another light option besides overhead light, especially if people are using the sofa for sleeping. Shower is very small, but many European showers are small. There is no AC. Heating did not work when we were there and it was very cold. There is some water damage on the wall that needs plaster.

• Jerzy (10/5): We really enjoyed the terrace - Cozy apartment with a great terrace, comfortable and clean rooms. The apartment is located within walking distance from the center of Vienna. There was some parking spots on the street. Fyi - public parking is free during the night and on public holidays but during the day one requires tickets which spans for 2 hours only. For a longer stay the kitchen might be a little too small but worked for one night for us. For the online checking the last step hung for a while, so you need to be patient, and it will let you through.

• Malinga (9/5): Couple vacation - The rooms are large especially the balcony really surprised me,the place is clean,very modern,has all essentials and clear instructions ,wifi,Netflix.It was cosy and felt like a home.The location is good,very central,you can catch trams 3minutes away and 12min walk to the nearest supermarket, parking is just around the corner,€20 per night ,free street parking is from 10pm to 9am...you can check out my review video on tik tok @ leratomarly8 The early check-out, 10am is too early.I asked to push it to 11am since we needed more time to sleep before driving all the way back to Germany and they said the cleaning service needs more time to prepare the place...even though we had left it clean and again the booking charges include €65 for cleaning which i find too much

• Rachel (10/5): An amazing apartment with great outside space, in a super location. - Really easy to access the property due to excellent instructions (we arrived at 11pm due to a change in flights). The hosts checked on us by text during our stay. The large terrace was great and had comfortable seating. The property was quiet and we did not hear any other occupants during our stay. With the window open, the bedroom is noisy, but that didn't bother me, as it meant that public transport was close by. No mirror in the bedroom.

Would stay here again, if visiting Vienna. Weather was warm in Vienna. A portable fan would have been a good addition
