• Niels Henrik (10/5): Perfect stay! - Extremely nice host, spotless clean and very good value for money. Hot shower, kettle for the and coffee, fridge. You park beside your cabin and it’s very quiet at night. Nicely located in the outskirts of town but only 5 minutes to the ferry. Highly recommendable. I forgot my creditcard in an ATM, found out while I was on the ferry. The host tracked the card (somebody turned it in to the police statuon) and send it with the bus to Chaiten where I was staying. Such a nice gesture! Nothing.

• Charles (10/5): Awesome Experience - Easy to find, cabin was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The host family were fantastic, quick to respond and very hospitable. They hosted a fish fry and we met the family and other guests at the facility. Could have used a few more electrical plugs, but over all it was a great experience.

He was very responsive and sent us information prior to arrival and during the stay! Extremely family friendly! He even brought us fresh laid eggs! Highly recommend and will return! Everything was great!

The hostess is very welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendations about the local attractions and place to visit. Hope I am more comfortable to drive up hill and back out the car from the house.

• Achim (7/5): Nice cabanas...but the owner wanted we pay the comission... - Friendly and new cabañas Friendly owner The owner was friendly...BUT...she requested that we pay her also the comission! that she has to give to booking... We payed her also the comission...(maybe stupidly)...but after 4weeks of intense travelling in Chile...with 2 X being robbed and a broken in car and many other problems...and with hotel owners who do not speak one word english and we only basic spanish...we gave in...and payed the comission...but...we did not like this...

Good restaurant on road into town from cabin. Owners on site and very friendly. Hornopiren is very pretty and cabin location is an easy drive to ferry.

Cosy functional cabin which was good for a short stay after arriving late from a night ferry. Tea and coffee facilities. Convenient location near ferry terminal. Good value for money. Poor signage from the road for night time vision. We had trouble finding the right place at 3 am. No Wifi.
