• Carlie (3/5): Never ever again!! - Location 1. Booking.com states that there is private parking but this is not the case. The owners told us that the gate was broken from previous tenants, and we could not access the driveway. But the owners were accessing our area via the gate that was not actually broken, and lied to us from the start. We had to find spots on the street. 2. All dishes and cutlery were dirty and we had to rewash prior to use. They all had food on them which was disgusting. 3. The master bathroom had a lot of water damage done to the cupboards the cold tap was broken and the other taps just constantly leaked. The bath was quite dirty. And a spa bath that you can't use. There were also a lot of burnt stains and it wasn't very clean. We couldn't even use any of the drawers in the bathroom because they were so water logged and one of their draw covers fell off. 4. The back outside light didn't work and they had a camera on us watching what we were doing. I felt very uncomfortable there the whole time. 5. The owners accessed our area and were blowing out leaves etc at 7:00 a.m. in the morning again via the gate. 6. The towels supplied were a bit smelly and we needed to re-wash them. . 7. The owner was still cleaning the property up until the minute we had to check in. 8. We lost power three times while we were there and had to go and fix it. I believe because the air conditioners are so dirty that this could be the reason why. 9. The fan in the back room was so unstable and so loud that no one could sleep in that room or the room upstairs. 10. There were so many cockroaches it was disgusting. 11. All air conditioners were very dirty and all the fan blades were also very dirty. 12. On the floor in the kitchen there were so many dirt marks that we could not remove them. All cupboards were dirty and full of dust and dirt. 13. We are seeing the same comments from two years ago and nothing has changed. 14.

Some things didn't work like the fan in the dining room and the spa which I was really looking forward too after a long day out with the kids. Needs to reduce some clutter stored away in the premises but id still pay to stay again!

• Debbie (2/5): Very poor - Location was good for what we needed , close to the competition our daughter was competing in and close to the theme parks This property wasn’t very clean , there were cockroaches.. the owners live next door and were accessing the garage when we were out of the property we were staying in. The lay out was really weird.. Aircon wasn’t great only 2 systems so wasn’t very cooling. The fan in the bottom back bedroom was really noisy. The street parking is insane , really hard to find a park. The place needs a good deep clean and declutter if wanting people to holiday there

• Sharon (4/5): This is not a luxury Villa: it is nice and fine and comfortable to a point but not Luxury - Location, clean and perhaps good for a family with kids. Not 4 bedroom, three-bedroom property with an adapted master suite, the 4th bedroom was only accessed via the master suite so no private access, 2 of the 4 bedrooms not private at all as you had entre via master bedroom to get to the other (this is not called interconnecting) ensuite only accessed via master bedroom. The adapted area door was very stiff and loud to open and close, you could not open them without disturbing people in the master room, and the doors were not even painted. Kitchen-About 90% of crockery was chipped cracked and some plastic cups leaked, there were no wine glasses at all and only about 10 very worn tumbles, there some mismatched plastic giant cups, I assume were for children, but not really what you want to drink your wine or soft drink out of. only a 2-slot toaster for 8 people is not enough. There were no platters or serving plates or nice bowls. Dining-seating was very lacking, there were only 6 plastic dining chairs, and these did not all match, odd one was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe to sit on. Property can sleep up to 10 guests so what there should be enough for at least 8 at the dinner table. Property says you have access to a terrace but there is nothing to sit on so why it would matter. Bathrooms-main bathroom was the size of a small ensuite, this is to be shared for up to 4 people and is the only toilet downstairs so is used constantly, no places to hang towels and nothing provided in the bedrooms either. There was also nothing to place your clothes on to apart from on the closed toilet lid. Bath towels were old, certainly luxury. The ensuite was massive, also sharing for 4 people, there was a towel rail but only one so two towels. The shower heads, I know we have to save water! Both showers were the oldest and worse type of shower head I have seen in years, you could stand in the shower for 10 mins and not get fully wet.
