Andrea (9/5): Posizione eccezionale con qualche avvertenza - La posizione con vista spettacolare che è eccezionale. La terrazza ampia con tavolo piante e sedie a sdraio, le grandi finestre panoramiche dell'appartamento, la cucina ben fornita. Wifi ottimo. Accoglienza impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo per un soggiorno di 3 giorni e quello che scrivo è solo per informazione. L'accessibilità è complessa per via della lunga scalinata di accesso quindi muoversi può essere faticoso, inoltre non c'è attualmente accesso al mare sottostante. Il parcheggio è complicato se non impossibile anche se il bus 140 sembra funzionare. In casa ci sono ovvie limitazioni (bagno piccolo ma completo di quasi tutto) ma complessivamente per 2-3 persone è perfetta.
Marco (2/5): - Casa in una posizione fantastica. Vista stupenda ma per il resto valutazione negativa. Casa sporca , set di asciugamani spaiati, bagno ridicolo, praticamente un buco ricavato dentro un armadio . No bidet e scarico del wc a ricarico lentissimo, stoviglie e pentole in cucina sporche .
Enrico (6/5): L’appartamento merita un po’ di attenzione e cura in più. Bene ma non benissimo… - La posizione, la fantastica vista direttamente sul mare: inarrivabile!!! In generale il senso di abbandono che ha dato a tutti noi, in particolare il minuscolo bagno e l’assenza di tapparelle e/o veneziane in alcune (2) delle finestre.
