Please notice that due to local laws, you will be required to complete a check-in procedure through an online form powered by Vikey software. During this procedure, you will need to provide a valid identification (passport or European Identity card) and also pictures of each guests, regardless of the age. This procedure is mandatory (no exceptions are made under any circumstances) and must be completed at least 2 hours before arrival. It is also possible to complete it at arrival (for last minute bookings), but we cannot guarantee immediate verification.
The provided data is used solely for compliance of local regulations and provided photos are deleted after 24 hours. You will be also required to pay the city tax by credit card, and sign the rental agreement in the last part of this procedure. The city tax cannot be paid in cash.
Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and can be subject to additional costs (provided under request).
Please notice that check-in after midnight is possible at an additional fee of 40 EUR that must be paid before entering to the property. This should be requested before 10:00 pm on the day of check-in.
The lost of keys will require the change of the whole lock. For this reason, if you loose the keys you will be charged a fee of 250 euros.
The sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than 2 guests free of charge. If you are booking for less than 2 guests, but want us to prepare them, please let us know in advance. The request is subject to availability and using additional bed linen has an additional cost of 12 euros (single payment).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

IF you want you can explore Mila no , its near to everything!!!! Clean place , we didnt see somebody as we stay BUT they fix everything for us , before us馃槈馃槈馃槈 ONLY one request to the owner : please leave more plastic bags for the garbiges and more toilet paper. - Grettel (8/5): Lindo y moderno apartamento con buena ubicaci贸n - La ubicaci贸n es genial, es un apartamento moderno, bonito, amplio. El administrador fue muy amable y diligente en ayudarnos . Las almohadas deben cambiarlas, solo 1 era comoda. El piso no estaba completamente limpio el dia que llegamos y se llena de pelusa a diario. Hab铆an dejado poco papel higienico pero el administrador nos lo resolvi贸.

- Glen (8/5): The stay was good. Not the best but ok and we accept as we were traveling on a budget this time - Location is Very Good and not distant from the subway station TURRO. A popular supermarket chain is within walking distance, too. The rooms were modernly furnished with motorised louvres. Unfortunately have been overcharged by a minimarket "K_h_ minimarket" that is very close on the first night and was too tired and late to complain (This is beyond the stay's responsibility). The tenants before us left some damage on the refrigerator, and some improved cleaning and bathroom accessories would have made the stay more enjoyable; the AC also failed a day or two after we arrived.

Easy to get around. The property was modern, noise free and comfortable. Great for a wee-long stay. Missing coat hangers and tea towels. Otherwise provide everything we needed
- Mar铆a (7/5): Confortable place to stay out of the turistic hot spots of the city but very well conected. - Location, close to the metro line M1 so well conected. All the service store you need around the block. Supermarkets, Bakery, Caffeterias, etc. Easy to check in and check out. Was smelling cigarret, the bed was not confortable at all for us and it was a kind of long aluminiun profile piece laying in the shower that was not safe. Lack of cleaning implements suchas a brown, vaccum, desinfection cleaning for the bathroom. We did not use anything for cooking neither the coffee machine so can not say if that was ok.

- Waqar (6/5): Take your own toilet paper and ear plugs - Check in was very good and smooth. Apartment was clean. Furniture were new and clean. Kitchen was small but good and functional. Noise isolation seems not to be a thing in Italy as it was easy to hear people whispering from the other room. Traffic outside is loud and audible even with windows closed. Take your own toilet paper if you're thinking to stay here. We booked 5 nights stay for 4 people and they left us only 2 pieces of toilet paper. We asked for it and they gave us two more and declined to give us more saying **it was a courtesy from them and they wont be giving us any more toilet paper** There was no information on how to dispose off trash and we had to dispose it off ourselves. They came to pick up once unannounced and we were not there. Heating doesn't work or atleast we couldnt make it work. Aircon on the other hand was working fine when needed.
