Well equipped and comfortable. You can see the tennis arenas from the balcony. Noise from the building site next door. Very loud washing machine.
• Susan (8/5): Apart from not having blinds in the lounge area - windows in 3 directions … exposed. Enjoyable - The main lounge only had ‘day blinds’ so anyone could see in when the lights were on in the evening. No privacy when I wanted it.

• Tammy (10/5): Overall loved our stay, but the price would make me rethink renting this property again - Location was amazing - easy walk into CBD and everything within. Get views , quiet ,great mattresses on beds and easy parking. Instructions for entry were very easily followed. The price- very expensive

• Lily (10/5): - Property was clean and tidy! Had all the amenities we needed! Janice the admin lady was lovely! Only negative was having to walk to check in. A lockbox of some kind would be a great addition.
• Ben (6/5): Lovely location and presentable property. - Really friendly staff at key pickup. The property is in a great location and views are spectacular. Secure parking is fantastic. It’s a good size property aswell and the 2 bathrooms are great. The key pick up process is a pain. Guest has to text the let them know what time and they have to be picked up a couple of streets away from the property. The $50 per hour for early or late check in/out is steep. They could facilitate an early check in for a hour or 2 (if available), in line with other properties. No need to squeeze extras fees out of guests. Property is a little run down but presentable enough.

• Hocking (8/5): It had everything we needed & was enjoyable - The security of the whole process from entering into the carpark to the doors on the apartment. The fridge had water leaking out of it.
• Kristy (8/5): Great 2bd Southbank accommodation with parking included. - Easy to access apartment in a great location close enough to walk to CBD. Great bedding configuration options - able to choose King/Twin beds for both rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking included is great for regional visitors! $500 damage deposit required prior to stay.

• Michael (10/5): We booked apartment for 9 days for a family of four and would be happy to stay here again. - Property was clean and pictures on website were of the very apartment. Apartment is well situated with everything you may need within walking distance. Kitchen had all the utensils to prepare and cook meals (which we did as my son is a fussy eater). Free parking onsite was a huge positive as price for parking in the cbd is very expensive. Pool, sauna and gym were used and enjoyed throughout our stay. Two bathrooms made it easy and quick for a family of 4 to get ready and shower after pool too. Great view from the apartment too! The hotel management were great and were easy to deal with. After driving back home (3 hours after checking out) my wife realised she left her ring behind in apartment. Management found and sent it to us by registered post. Very honest and great customer service. Nothing that comes to mind.

• Diana (4/5): Not happy, it was gross. - The owner met us based on our flight arrival time There were concerning stains on the couch. I was uncomfortable sitting on it. Both toilets ran, one to the point that it took 5+ minutes to get to stop. The building and neighboring sites were under construction. The floor flooded prior to our arrival (but didn't effect inside the unit, just the hallway). I also didn't care to walk on the carpet without shoes.

Our family all enjoyed staying there and kids loved the pool,spa and sauna🙂 didn't like having an extra $500 bond thrown onto the price after I had paid for our trip 2 weeks in advance when the website states if you pay now you'll pay$0 upon check in! after you pay for your non refundable stay they slap another charge on top and it's too late to back out at that stage or they just keep your money. I feel as though this is deliberately dishonest

• Pertti (4/5): Would not stay there again. Location good, accommodation bad. - Having to wait for 40 minutes out the front for someone to come to check us in. We were told they were not far away when they were still 30 minutes away. No apology for the delay on an excuse that they have 60 properties to manage and 30 check ins to do on the day. Property is tired and aircon not good

• Tay (8/5): Comfortable, well sized room - We choose this property for the following reasons: - walk-in-shower - free parking onsite - 4x single beds - City views The views were not as surrounding as I had hoped; but the description was not incorrect. We had views from Flinders Street (bridge) to the east, taking in the MCG, AMMI park and John Caine Stadium. I was expecting more of the "city". The room was comfortable and very well proportioned with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and dining, laundry and balcony. Albeit in a convenient location, I would consider staying on the other side of the Yarra River next time to just make the journey into the city a little easier. But, do keep in mind, I am physically disabled and my tolerance for walking might be very different to yours. The location would be considered very convenient for many and it is certainly comfortable stay.
• Kris (10/5): Would highly recommend - The apartment was comfortable and bigger than what I imagined with a great view. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly to deal with.. I would recommend this for your next Melbourne stay. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
• Geoffrey (10/5): Great staycation, good value for money. - Stone throw from art precinct, close to everything in south bank. Check in was easy, Dodo was thorough and punctual. Fantastic view of city esp sun set. Pool was a little busy due to public holiday but everyone was pleasant. N/A
• Kerri (8/5): Very good - The layout and location were perfect for going to Road Laver There were hairs still on the floor in the bathroom and shower, ensuite door handle was broken and having to meet someone for check-in at a specific time was a little inconvenience. The staff member was friendly.

Comfy beds, very clean apartment and having two bathrooms was an unexpected bonus. THe kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Appreciated the helpful tips and suggestions from Tony when he met my sister to hand over the keys. Enjoyed our stay and exploring Melbourne. Thanks so much. Nothing
• Tara (10/5): We loved being able to attend a concert only a short distance away and also be able to swim and relax in the spa. - The room, the pool and spa, the location. There was nothing in the room explaining where the pool was located and how to get in.
