• Kerstin (8/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung im Untergeschoss mit sehr viel Licht und guter Ausstattung. Vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof Surrey Quays ist alles gut zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Pub Surrey Docks gegenüber des Bahnhofs mit günstigem und guten Frühstück. Das japanische Restaurant Ikigai in direkter Nähe ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das beste Sushi,das ich je gegessen habe Der Vermieter antwortet umgehend auf Fragen Werde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall bei einem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.
• Monika (9/5): - Es war innen geräumig und bei dem schönen Wetter konnten wir auch die funktional eingerichtete Terasse nutzen und draußen sitzen. Für einen Kurztrip optimal. Lidl und Tesco fußläufig. Reichlich Möglichkeiten Essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Und gute Erreichbarkeit der Haltestellen Surray Quays und Canada Water um mit ÖPNV London zu erkunden Nichts. Hat alles gepaßt.

Estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y era muy cómodo, ideal para descansar después de un día recorriendo Londres. La ubicación fue excelente, con buena conexión al transporte público y cerca de zonas de interés. El check-in fue fácil y la comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena, siempre atento y amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiría sin pensarlo.

• Ingrid (9/5): Prettig en gunstig gelegen appartement in Londen - Het is een ruim appartement met 2 aparte slaapkamers en zeer gunstig gelegen (vlakbij een metrostation, bushalte en supermarkt en relatief snel in het centrum). Daarnaast ook nog een klein buitenplaatsje en een badkamer. Eigenaar is ook erg behulpzaam bij vragen of als er iets is. Er is geen koffiezetapparaat (alleen een percolator). Verder alles prima in orde.

• johan (10/5): - Het appartement ligt onder het straatniveau maar daar merk je weinig van. Heel netjes, ruime keuken, voldoende plaats voor een gezin met 2 tieners. Heel vlotte communicatie met eigenaar. Niets waar de eigenaar iets kan aan doen: vliegtuig lawaai in de ochtend.

Friendly and responsive host, kitchen is well equipped. Living room is spacious with bonus Netflix for entertainment. I could not find the hair dryer, maybe it's stored somewhere nearby, but it was late at night so I did not want to bother to ask the host. One of the two rubbish cans in the kitchen had a broken lid, it's still functioning though.

• craig (10/5): This accommodation is fantastic and we will 110% be booking again if ever in London - Just back from a 3 night stay for our trip to see Coldplay at Wembley Stadium, and our trip was even better than expected because of this hidden gem in London . To start , It was immaculately clean , very spacious, great beds and perfect in every way , the 4 of us can’t say a bad thing about this accommodation, even on a busy main road there was zero noise from outside. The kitchen had everything you’d need and the bathroom was better than any flat / apartment that we’ve ever stayed in previously. We even had fans provided , a nice touch that we weren’t expecting. . Excellent location for train services, local shops ( Tesco extra and a small shopping mall 3 mins away )and a spoons pub a stones throw away . Great communication with owners and we were lucky enough to be able to leave our luggage prior to check in . This is by far the best value accommodation I’ve ever used , it ticked every box . Cerca de tiendas de alimentación (LIDL y TESCO) además de lugares donde comer. A pesar de estar alejado del centro, está bien comunicado tanto con metro como con buses. El apartamento muy recomendable, muy limpio y muy cómodo, nos sentimos como en casa. Nuestro agradecimiento a los anfitriones con su atención y amabilidad.

• Cinzia Belli (9/5): Soggiorno top - L'appartamento è ben organizzato, pulito e luminoso sebbene sia al piano seminterrato (c'è una grande finestra alta che fa entrare la luce e la porta finestra che conduce al piccolo terrazzino). Eravamo in 4 e siamo stati super comodi. Ci sono 2 camere da letto spaziose, una cucina ben attrezzata. A 2 min c'è il supermercato Lidl che è molto fornito. Le fermate della metro sono a circa 8 min a piedi e sono: Surrey Quays e Canada Water. Per arrivare in centro ci vogliono circa 30 minuti di mezzi. Consiglio l'appartamento per chi vuole soggiornare a Londra. Se dovessi tornare a Londra riprenderei lo stesso appartamento. Nulla. E' stato tutto ok.

• Jill (10/5): Wonderful apartment - We loved our apartment, it had everything for a comfortable stay, the location is wonderful , so close to all amenities. It was very spacious and homely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Instructions for the hot and cold water taps on the shower, we had to have baths which we loved , as we couldn't work out how to make cold water come out of the shower head outlet !

There were some cute little restaurants near by and a large department store just past the rail station for anything we forgot to pack. The back patio was comfy and private. It's outside of the main town, so anything you want besides take out requires public transportation. The living room only had a small stiff couch. The smaller beds were ok but not great.

Very easy communication with Guy the host. There is a little welcome pack with information on the area and things to do in London, some activity books for the kids and tea and coffee for the adults :) would definitely stay here again if I needed accommodation in London.

The only negative is that the flat is in a lower level than ground floor. However, there was a very small back yard that was very nice and you do not have the sense of staying in a much lower level.

The hosts were great at communicating. It was a great location to our family. We would definitely come back. The only issues were had were small. The upstairs apartment is noisy but they have children so enough said there. A TV should be provided for the price you are paying but we were ok as we brought a tablet.

• Eugénie (9/5): Nice fully-furnished apartment close to public transit - The apartment was large, pretty spotless, and the little terrace was lovely! The owners were very nice and polite in their communications, we loved the cute messages on pieces of paper all around the apartment. Everything was clear and fully functional. We were close to public transit and to nice little restaurants. Surprisingly, the apartment is on a busy street but we heard no noise from outside, even in the bedroom in front of the street. The apartment is located in a semi-basement, so there is not much light during the day. We can also hear pretty clearly the noise from the upstairs apartments.

• Rachel (9/5): fab apartment and location, great stay and really lovely hosts! - lovely hosts! good communication, left fresh milk, tea and coffee, really close to underground/overground stations, really spacious! not the property owners fault in any way at all but we stayed on a weekend and there was quite a lot of noise very early in the morning from upstairs, quite difficult to fall back asleep but i’d stay again regardless!
