• Bratsch (1/5): WARNUNG vor dieser Bude!!! - Lage war gut. Das war es aber auch. Nichts an dieser "Suite" verdient auch nur im entferntesten die Bezeichnung "Executive". Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe, da der Duschschlauch einfach abfiel sobald man das Wasser aufdrehte. Am Geschirr klebte noch Ei vom Vorgänger. Die Wände und Vorhänge waren verdreckt. Die Betten komplett durchgelegen. Kaputter Föhn. Nachdem wir uns an die Firma gewandt hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass zumindest Gläser gebracht werden würden. Nichts ist geschehen. Warnung an alle die überlegen diese Bruchbude zu buchen! Geht woandershin! Fühle mich übers Ohr gehauen!

• Eva (5/5): Tolle Lage das war’s aber auch schon - Tolle Lage Unter der Matratze sehr viel Dreck 2ter Stock wo jeder reinschauen kann …. Nachbarn nicht sehr nett gleich angemault weil man geraucht hat auf dem Balkon
• Micael (5/5): Se puede mejorar - La ubicación respecto a una boca de metro a poco más de 5 min caminado (linea naranja) La piscina en la azotea ya que hizo mucho calor Un supermercado justo debajo Es pequeño pero acogedor El sofá cama es incomodísimo En el apartamento hacia muchísimo calor y solo dispone de un ventilador pequeño No había escoba, recogedor ni nada con lo que poder mantener limpio el apartamento en toda la semana de estancia La cama principal para mí muy blanda(en este aspecto cada uno tiene su propio gusto) Tiene unas cortinas que tan pronto hay claridad(4-5 am) es imposible dormir si te gusta la oscuridad En la cocina no hay extractor de humo y sinceramente si alquilo un apartamento es para poder cocinar alguna comida y miedo me daba que saltará el detector de humo mientras lo hacía En el baño olía a desagüe constante Varias luces fundidas en el salón No dispone de lavadora

• Jane (9/5): Superb - The rooftop pool is the highlight of our stay ofcourse but the free coffee is also exceptional plus the kitchen is fully equiped with a dining table. There is also a park nearby for the kids to play. A big smart tv is also a plus.All in all it was a pleasant stay special wth my family with 2 small kids. Its like a mini staycation. I will come back for sure. Everything was perfect just no airconditioner but its fine, its worth the price. They provided ventilators amyway.

• Dejan (1/5): Bad - Dear Sir, unfortunately I cannot give you a good rating. Our communication was poor. I informed you that due to the illness of a family member, we will not be able to use the apartment. I asked about another appointment for staying in your facility. You answered that there is no possibility and that it is your company's policy. When my relative who lives in Vienna called your employee, you answered that there is a possibility. But since I didn't officially cancel through Booking.com, you didn't do anything even though you knew we wouldn't come. Nobody informed me that I have to send you the cancellation letter officially through booking.com. Our whole communication was bad. I have the impression that all your communication was to prevent us from getting a new stay date.

• Artiom (9/5): Great value - Cozy apartment in the new building. Fully equipped kitchen. Very good location - not far from metro and tram station, not far from airport. On the ground floor they have a supermarket and few restaurants, on the top floor - a terrace with a nice view to the city and a swimming pool. They provide only two big blankets (one per one bed), so if 3-4 persons stay, then you need to share a blanket. I also didn't like pillows, too big and uncomfy, but it's my personal opinion.

• Ksenia (5/5): Nice location, bad and not helpful service - Modern design, nice location We found dead mouse in the property and asked to at least provide some cleaning items to be able to clean the room by ourselves, we were promised to have them but never got anything, so stayed in not well cleaned apartment which is disappointing. Half of the Dishes in the kitchen were broken. Also the apartment view is directly to the common garden, so everyone can look what’s going on inside - not nice if you want privacy.
• Ellen (8/5): Very good - Lovely self catering apartment with fabulous roof top pool, which is accessible from 8am until 8pm during the summer. The roof top terrace, 31 floors up, has amazing views across the city. Downstairs there is a small supermarket next to the apartment block. The apartment was very hot and although it had sliding doors and a small balcony, the balcony looked out directly onto a same level walkway. There was a bad smell of drains in the apartment.

• Katarina (8/5): Very good - The location is good if you want or need to be near Erdberg. The rooftop pool is perfect for hot days relax. Nearby Billa is an advantage. The apartment is clean and modern, a little bit small, but really good for short stays. The coffee maker with capsules is a plus. There was only 1 water glass and no wine glasses at all, only the coffee cups. Not very convenient in summer days.
• Philip (8/5): Nice apartment with amazing rooftop pool and views - The apartment was useful and came with plenty of facilities. The rooftop pool and sun lounge area was amazing! Brilliant views of Vienna from the roof. Overall a great apartment. There was no aircon so the room got very hot on a night (although it did have some fans which helped). The room is on a second floor so people outside can see into the living room and bedroom, not much privacy. The entrance door code supplied was incorrect at first, just a minor inconvenience though.

Quiet neighborhood The apartment feels kind of small The apartment is located on the same level as the public terrace. So you probably would not be comfortable with windows/curtains opened both day and night. Bathroom ventilation works strangely Rude staff in the lobby (limited options to wait there and no access to the Wi Fi) Poor cellular network in the building overall (apartment, lobby, roof)

• Rezija (9/5): Really nice place with much needed rooftop pool. - Location was nice, everything was clean, nice to have salt and peper in the kitchen. Was enough towels and pillows, blankets. Everywhere were soap. Good to have an opportunity to watch netflix or youtube as the Tv is smart one. Rooftop pool with sunbeds were a must have and we really enjoyed them. The property was in the 2nd floor, it could be higher, because you can see people walking by if the curtains are open. And it was really hot in Vienna, therefore quite hot in apartment too. Balcony could be with some table and chairs.
