• Lawrence (7/5): Great place if you want to be by the water - The apartment is quiet and has everything we needed: Washer with drying rack Coffee machine with pods 4 bottle of water Blackout auto shutters Extra blankets/comforters Elevator (there are still 10 steps up to the elevator though) Little packets of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; salt and pepper; sugar Cleaning supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergents Luigi is very responsive and helpful; he arranged for airport pickup and met us at the apartment on time. Freezer drawers are hard to open due to ice buildup; house keeping needs to defrost and clean freezer. The apartment is close to the water and several good restaurant. However, city center, museums, and most tourist sights are a good 30-40 walk away. The city itself does not have a decent public transportation and all the taxis are working together to keep the prices higher than regulated fees. The airport bus stops are at least a good 40 min walk. We can hear the neighbors; luckily, we are on the top floor and there’s no one on top of us. There is a safe but it was closed shut

Four, four micro ondes, lave vaisselle, cuisinière gaz, congélateur, machine à café et grille pain.Emplacement en bord de mer, offrant une digue et une belle promenade relaxante. Le centre, (via toledo) est à 15min à pied. Le métro chiaia à 10min. Un bus 151 s'arrête devant la porte et vous mêne à la gare centrale en 20min. Bâtiment gardé 24h sur 24h par un vigile. Nombreux restaurants et traiteurs à côté du bâtiment. Bon contact avec le responsable Luigi. Wi fi correct. Rien

La struttura è pulita e curata, la posizione è davvero ottimale per muoversi comodamente, e l’accoglienza è stata eccellente, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo. Consigliatissimo!

• Elena (6/5): Not quite comfortable, but clean and acceptably located - Location is very close to the embankment, save district. The space was clean. All windows and the balcony face an ugly inn-yard, that is under reconstruction at the moment, no way to open any of it. The shower is attached to bedroom, and if you go to sleep and another person is taking a shower you are waked up. Mosquitoes. The apartment wasnt ready at 15p,m when we arrived and we had to wait till 16^30 with nо excuses from the host(( At the same time, when we asked to keep our bag for an hour after 10^30 the host answered that is impossible.

• Mariantonietta (8/5): Situation centrale et pratique à Naples. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement central de l’appartement. Il est situé à une cinquantaine de mètres de la mer, tout en étant à proximité immédiate du centre-ville, de lieux emblématiques (Marinella, L’Antiquario, Gambrinus), et de la rue commerçante. Juste en bas de l’appartement, on trouve des arrêts de bus permettant de se déplacer facilement partout, ainsi qu’un arrêt de taxi à environ 50 mètres. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement pratique et tres agréable. Malgré sa situation au 5ᵉ étage, l’appartement (nr 502) donne sur une rue très fréquentée, ce qui entraîne des nuisances sonores (voitures et klaxons). Pour plus de calme, mieux vaut choisir un appartement qui ne donne pas sur la rue.

• Lenka (8/5): - Good location in Naple. We ask for missing knives and we got them the same day. We got another apartment then we had paid for without any explication or excuse. It was also two bedrooms apartment but another in lower floor. So be careful. It is on the very noisy street even during the nights. The kitchen is well equipped (toaster, kettle) but in the kitchen there is no wall plug.

• Corinne (10/5): - Soggiorno dal 12 al 15 – Esperienza splendida a Napoli Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per quattro giorni, dal 12 al 15, e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi subito a casa. La posizione è strategica: comoda per muoversi e perfetta per vivere Napoli in tutta la sua autenticità. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti, ben organizzati e silenziosi, ideali sia per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa sia per un soggiorno confortevole in generale. Luigi è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili e assistenza. Check-in e check-out semplici e senza alcun problema. Consigliamo assolutamente questa sistemazione a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Napoli in totale tranquillità. Se torneremo in città, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
• Max Marchetti (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Appartamento moderno, pulitissimo, spazioso in palazzo nuovo (o completamente ristrutturato) Posizione a due passi dal lungo mare e 15 minuti a piedi da piazza plebiscito. Struttura in linea con la descrizione Host disponibilissimo sia per il check in anticipato che per altre piccole richieste. Appartamento A501 con affaccio nel cortile interno, molto positivo per quanto riguarda il rumore del traffico. Una sciocchezza, ma potrebbe essere utile aggiungere nella dotazione della cucina un pacchetto di tovaglioli di carta.

Первые апартаменты 2 спальни и 2 ванных комнаты, вторые - одна спальня и она ванная комната. В апартаментах есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания. В спальнях удобные матрасы. Кухня оборудована всем что может понадобиться. Просторный балкон! Идеально! Луиджи был всегда на связи и отвечал на все наши вопросы без замедлений! Луиджи, спасибо за Вашу отзывчивость и помощь! • Said (10/5): Beim nächsten Besuch in Neapel kommen wir unbedingt in dieses Haus zurück. - Sehr gute Kommunikation und Organisation durch den Verwalter Luigi. Apartmentgrösse für 4 Personen vollkommen ausreichend,wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist. Direkt um die Ecke ist die verkehrsberuhigte Strandpromenade-ein großes Privileg , so nah an der Promenade zu wohnen.2 Personen schlafen im Schlafzimmer, 2 Personen auf der Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche ( wie häufig üblich in Italien). Eine Zwischenreinigung wurde gründlich und zuverlässig durchgeführt.Eine Waschmaschine auf dem Balkon war vorhanden, eine Geschirr -Spülmaschine allerdings nicht.Daher schlagen wir vor, mehr Geschirr ,Gläser ,Besteck und eine Teekanne bereitzustellen.Shuttle ( kostenpflichtig) von und zum Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt, der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig und erschien überpünktlich zu einer Nachtfahrt an den Flughafen.Wir fühlten uns in der Umgebung sehr wohl und sicher und konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.

• Monika (8/5): - Sehr nah zum Strand. Schön eingerichtet und alles recht neu und sehr sauber. Gegend etwas laut, Fenster konnte man wegen dem Lärm der Straße nicht öffnen und den Balkon haben wir deswegen auch nicht genutzt. Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut ausgestattet, falls man selber kochen möchte. Es gab z.b keine Schneidemesser und Schneidebrett. Wir haben den Vermieter darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Es wurde uns versichert, dass man welche bringt... leider nicht passiert.
• Reinhard (10/5): Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert! - Unkomplizierter Check-in , alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Supermärkte, das Meer und verschieden Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe Tolle Aussicht vom 5.Stock und Morgensonne auf dem Balkon mit kl. Sitzgelegenheit. Bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage in allen Räumen, 2 Badezimmer , Waschmaschine mit ein paar Taps zum Wäsche waschen, auch bei der Spülmaschine waren Taps dabei. Alles sehr sauber !
• Laurie (10/5): - Très bel appartement confortable proche de la mer dans une résidence sécurisée. Des parkings sont à proximité. La machine à laver le linge était en panne et l’hôte a immédiatement trouvé une solution. Je recommande. La rue en bas de l’immeuble est très passante donc parfois un peu de bruit.
• Csaba (10/5): Nápolyi családi nyaralás - Nagyon rendezett, tiszta a szállás.Fabio nagyon kedves házigazda. Remek tippeket adott a város felfedezésére. Elérhető, ha szükség lenne rá. Megfelelően nagy hűtőgép bekészített vizekkel😋 Remek a hangszigetelés, nagyon csendes az apartman.A légkondicionálók kiválóan hűtenek, az elektromos redőnyökkel teljes sötétséget lehet csinálni akár nappal is. A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a tengerparti sétány. A ház előtt közvetlenül a buszmegálló 151 és 154 buszokkal könnyen elérhető a kikötő, a Garibaldi vasútállomás , vagy a strandok. Pár perc sétára a 6-os metró vonal. Séta távra sok étterem és kávézó. Remek választás volt számunkra a Nápolyi nyaraláshoz és a környék felfedezéséhez. Igazából nem volt ilyen, talán egy kenyérvágókés lehetne a felszerelések közt. De ez áthidalható apróság szerintünk.
