• Burton (10/5): - Brilliant location to access London but also potter more locally too. Great to have a park just round the corner and a dessert shop underneath :) The flat looked just like the photos and had everything we needed. Much better than a hotel for a family of 5. Everything was great even though we went on the hottest day London has experienced in May! Jazz provided plenty of fans and was always on hand to help with anything we needed.

• Sabina (9/5): Exceptional place to stay when visiting London - Exceptional place to stay when visiting London - it was clean, nicely decorated, the beds & couch were very comfortable, there is Netflix and some cool books, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything important is just across the street: grocery store, pharmacy, tube station, restaurants. The host was very kind and accomodating, we were late on our first day due to travel complications, and he adjusted and waited for us without a second thought. The blinds on the kitchen window were broken - they didn't go all the way down. We were also missing a space heater (there is heating in the apartment, but we were still a bit cold, so a space heater would have helped). There is a strong food smell in the hallway at all times, but it does not permeate into the apartment, so that's OK.

• Ingrid (5/5): - De gastheer gaf ons een warm welkom en informeerde ook tijdens het verblijf of het goed ging. Het appartement ligt aan een zeer drukke straat. Veel lawaai van het verkeer en een geweldsincident voor de deur. In de achterste slaapkamer geluid van een ventilatieschacht die regelmatig begon te brullen. Helaas daardoor weinig geslapen.

• Emma (6/5): It was a fine place for a short stay - The property was in a good location for us as it was close to the area where our family lives. The host was pleasant and met us upon arrival with keys. The hallway area before entering the property was not well kept, and had an unpleasant smell. The property itself was fine but smaller than expected, shower very small and wasn’t very warm, only one pillow per person no extras.
• Ilmars (10/5): just recommend for people who want to stay not far from London city,and won’t to pay big price for room - Nice 2 bedroom flat,you can sleep in living room as well.If you have activity outside room,is pretty ok for 5 people. The flat location is pretty good as well, very easy to catch train to London,or the another way actually is nothing to say about bad points
• deep (7/5): Recomendable - La amabilidad, comunicación y predisposición del inquilino, la cercanía a los supermercados y otros establecimientos comerciales, la conexión de transportes, el buen ambiente del barrio y la limpieza y mobiliario de la casa. El excesivo calor que hace en la temporada de verano, pues el alojamiento dispone de calefacción pero no de aire acondicionado y si se abren las ventanas el ruido es excesivo, especialmente de noche. También pondría persianas o cortinas tupidas para evitar la excesiva iluminación y facilitar el descanso.

• Darryl (1/5): Last minute cancellation by host ruined the trip - Absolutely nothing. Me and the host had been in contact in the weeks leading up to the trip. When they decided to cancel, instead of letting me know as a common courtesy given we already had an established communication channel, they instead left a message with booking.com to pass on the message. This approach then allowed for delays in us getting the message and lead to me finding out i had no accommodation just a couple hours before i was due to make ways. Very inconsiderate.
