• Abhishek (1/5): Receptionist lady was rude and not able to fix the service for which we have paid. - Room Size was good. Night staff was good but morning receptionist lady was very rude. When connected to the receptionist lady for fixing the flush which was not working she straight forward said the please use bucket for flushing mannually. Which was a surprise. Also requested for extension for few hours as we checked in at midnight even ready to pay but she asked full day charges. When we have paid for full service but flush didn't work then what is meaning of pleasent stay in such hotel and such rude receptionist lady spoilt our day.

• Emily (5/5): Disappointing stay. - Room had 2 beds so good for family. Room was fine, neat, kettle and water provided. Staff tried and were friendly. Didn't know much English. No restaurant in hotel, had to get dinner elsewhere. Breakfast included in price but they had to get off site and it took 45 minutes for toast and tea. Didn't bother with breakfast after first day, ate out instead. Not used to hosting international guests. All 3 nights there were bus loads of college age boys staying in hotel - they were like excited children from 4:30am until 11:30pm shouting, banging, talking loudly in corridor. Multiple buzzes on our room door- 9pm 11:30pm, 5:30am,, when opened, boys saying oops. Disruptive. Would not recommend for international tourist. Staff lacked general hotel manners, eg, after checkout as we were leaving with luggage on auto, staff asked us if we want breakfast (which they would have had to find offsite).

• Mohammad (10/5): - Clean, comfortable and affordable stay. Excellent air conditioning. Clean bathrooms. Hot water facility available only in the morning but working kettle was provided. Food was tasty and hygienic.
• Reshma (2/5): - Hospitality was good When we are away from home, we expect a hotel to provide comfort like home, and we spend money with that expectation. Unfortunately, our experience was not good. While the hospitality was fine, the room was disappointing, there was dust everywhere, the fan switch was broken, and the A/C did not work properly, making the nights very uncomfortable. Additionally, we had taken the package that included dinner, but it turned out to be a waste of money. It was not a value addition, and it would have been better to have dinner separately, which would have reduced our overall cost. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and we hope improvements will be made.

• Sylvia (7/5): We had a great family stay in this hotel with three rooms close to each other. - The price was very good. We also liked the restaurant. The towels were old and discoloured. Also in one of the rooms we booked people had been smoking before, which caused problems for our family members with asthma. Also the staff outside the rooms were too much on top of us for getting tips.

• Maria Eugenia (3/5): - The hotel is going through construction so the moment you step in, a cloud of one of those chemicals they use to build gets heavy in your lungs. They didn’t clean the room, the power was off many times and sometimes for a quarter of the day. The restaurant looks cute but they have maybe three things on that menu. Not really what they say they offer. The staff was rude, the receptionist wanted to charge me more than previously agreed through Booking.com, which i sent her to hell for and didn’t pay that cuota (they don’t care but they will try to get extra money out of your pocket). The hotel’s driver was ok but once our trip was over he was calling me through my personal phone number… and then texted me about EVERYTHING I bought. How did he know? Well… If you want to stay in Agra, just do yourself a favor and pay more to get a better option than this.

• Akash (1/5): Not recommended to anyone - Nothing Hotel quality is too poor , he ask to payment first, before check in he said make andvance payment befor the checkin to hold your booking, i was in travel so for no stress i pay to him as given upi code, when in the we reached to hotel he , ask to deposit etrire amount befor checkin, we pay them all amount and also they take extra amount to us, after check it we check our rooms, toilets are not clean , someone spit tabocoo in Toilet, and the floors are wet and no clean , no warm waters in bathroom, we ask tk several times to staff after too many rwminders they did it, i have back pain the mattress given in the room the person tilu is saying that it is the only option for if you wats to stay here , rooms bedsheet also not clean , and at Evening the owner told us if you don't want to stay here, you can exit from here, he use hars words also , this is not the way to treat in hospitalaty sector, with family where u will go at Evening hrs in a different unkonwn city. Very bad responce, even they don't give us water bottels , we ask for it and they charge to us for that. Tv is not working ,
