- Marilyn (8/5): It was pleasant - View was great. Facility was nice Dryer didn’t dry clothes. Refrigerator was very hard to open. Window locks didn’t all work so we were concerned with our toddler. No info about location of pool.

- Mel (5/5): - Location & view we’re about the only good things about our stay. Windows & balcony were filthy. Washer & dryer didn’t work. Beds were uncomfortable. Carpet needs a deep clean/replacing. Toilet was missing the cover over flushing button. Aircon didn’t work. Kitchen is very outdated and has lots of chips over benchtop. Walls were marked/dirty. Overall the place needs a good refurbish!! The only great thing was the location & view. But not worth the price.

Close to tram and short walk to casino and southward Checking in process… required to go to a different address to pick up key… very hard to find a parking spot and street was congested and was stuck in traffic for 20-25 mins
Carpets were stained and some parts…. Crunchy? Where something obviously had dried or burnt??
Needs a good paint job and carpets cleaned
And for the price … one would expect to have shampoo/ conditioner in the bathroom
Toilet in the 2nd bathroom kept running
For over $900 per night…. Definitely not worth it

- Yong Beom (8/5): - 숙소에서의 전망이나 시설은 너무 좋았지만 중간에 조금씩 고장나 있는 것들이 있었습니다. 그래서 화장실은 잠글수 없었고, 변기 물내리는 뚜껑은 부수어져 있었으며, 블라인드 중 하나도 움직이지 않았습니다.
- Donna (10/5): Excellent location to the Convention Centre. - Booked this property due to location to the convention centre. It was perfect as it was easy walking distance.
The view was amazing. The amenities were very good and the cleanliness was terrific. The pick up of the keys was quite a distance however the host did offer to meet at the property. We couldn't do that due to timing.

- Nicole (8/5): - The location was spot on. It did accommodate our group The pictures showed a spacious apartment with room to move. It looked modern and updated. It sure is not modern or up dated and it is not spacious at all. Split system broke before we checked in and were not notified until after we asked about a remote.. with one guest in a wheelchair with lung issues, it was disappointing.

No locks on bathroom door. Key pick up and drop of inconvenient, especially with luggage. Room a little cold in winter, aircon doesn't work well, but extra blankets were provided.

Not as polished as your typical stay in terms of tiles/bathroom/decor.
No cloth or wipes in kitchen.
Didn’t worry us for our stay but if you want absolute pristine luxury something to bear in mind.

The property itself was just stunning. Apartment was huge, 3 massive bedrooms, stunning views of the whole city. Beds and lounge super comfy and laundry in the room was handy. The only smallest issue was the lamp in the living area was broken which meant we had to have lights on in the evening - the smallest of issues which I know the property manager will fix as soon as they're aware.

- Cat (6/5): Good location and building facilities. Needs a clean and new air-conditioning. - They were most helpful as our flight was delayed and we had to reorganise the meeting time to be let into the apartment.
The apartment is well situated with an amazing view.
The rooms are a good size and there are multiple keys to accommodate larger groups.
The building pool is also wonderful. There is nowhere near enough air-conditioning in the apartment- we arrived on a 40-degree day and there was one split system air-conditioner in the lounge room that barely worked. If an apartment is on the 21st floor, it really needs cooling.
The couch is really dirty and stained as well as the carpets, it all needs a deep clean.

- Dan (10/5): The property was perfect for a group to stay in, we would definitely stay again! - Place was fantastic, brilliant view and very moderately priced for the great location! Communication from the “exclusive stays team” via email wasn’t great. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the email with check in information until the day after we had checked in. I also didn’t receive replies to my enquiry when I asked how to access the property, the morning of check in.
Luckily they had given me a mobile number so it wasn’t a huge deal - only slightly disappointing.

Flooring needs an upgrade. - The location amazing, building and facilities were good, Th carpet was filthy, didn’t want to walk on it let alone sit on it and shouldn’t be let out until it’s replaced or majorlly cleaned. Tony the person who checked us in stereotyped Darwin people and was quite abrupt. Non responsive when we advised of checkout and asked about the refund of bond. Bond should have been advised at time of booking not after the free cancellation period had expired.

- Phyllis (7/5): Good - The size and space was great. The jacoozie on the roof top was awesome! The pool was great however in July It was too cold to use.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen utensils were adequate. Amazing spa in the main bathroom. Easy to check in and out. Close to the beach for walks. Quiet suburb and great parking in a garage. Quick shuttle bus to take into town. The couch needs replacing due to wear; the dishwasher and rangehood need replacing. They responded when the rangehood stopped working but we were not able to have it fixed by the end of our stay. You need a car to get into the centre of town, or pay to use shuttle bus.

The free zone tram ride is also only a short distance away and it's very easy to move around the city. Best of all, the views from the apartment is spectacular! Overall, my family enjoyed the stay at The Centurion. Nothing

Great view
- Christine (9/5): Superb - What a view!!! Fantastic location and easy to get around. Spacious enough for 7 of us. Comfy beds and couch. Tony was great with communication. Shower door in en-suite bathroom had previously broken and instead of being fixed was replaced with a dodgy shower curtain. Not sure if a recent thing and didn’t have a chance to fix before new bookings.
- Karbala (10/5): Amazing Views, comfortable beds, Walking distance to the convention centre and multiple keys - We enjoyed the Spa so much, the balcony and the views were spectacular, and it was walking distance to the convention centre which was very helpful.
The beds were really comfy as well
They have us multiple keys to access to the property which wasn't the case with a lot of other properties so we appreciated that as we were a group The Fridge temp was too low freezing all our items
We couldn't work out how to use the Oven or the dish washer
