Eve giriş bilgilerine ancak girişten birkaç saat önce erişebildik. Eve girdiğimizde, ilan fotoğraflarıyla örtüşmeyen; yıpranmış ve yeterince ısınmayan bir ortamla karşılaştık. Ayrıca evde üç çocuk uyumasına ve herhangi bir gürültü olmamasına rağmen, üst komşunun sürekli şikâyet amacıyla kapıya gelmesi konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Bu seviyede bir ücret karşılığında yalnızca iyi bir lokasyon sunulması yeterli değil; konfor ve misafir deneyiminin de aynı seviyede olması gerekiyor.

• Khalid (6/5): Support team is useless and if someone answered, he is calling from Philippine. They promised to send maintenance to fix - The location was good at central London and major landmarks. Check-in procedure was adequate as promised. You can check-in and checkout early/late with extra charges. The property needs major renovation and without A/C units. As a family, washing machine is one of the reasons to select an apartment instead of a hotel; yet it was broken and did not work throughout the stay. Useless support team and you will be lucky to find human answering your messages.

• Tara (1/5): Falsely Advertised -no wifi or a/c - Great location, right across from Harrod’s and easy walking distance from a tube station; beds were comfortable Check-in required either a £500 deposit or £50 fee not mentioned in the listing. When we arrived, we found the wifi and tv didn’t work, the toilet’s flusher was broken off, the bathroom door didn’t slide open, there was no a/c (contrary to the listing), and window shades were broken. I imagine others didn’t mention all the breakages in case their huge deposit was kept? I reached out immediately upon arrival with pictures, through booking.com, whatsapp, texting (after having to opt in to the £500 deposit, knowing we are careful travelers and not wanting to pay an additional, hidden £50 fee) to inform the owners, and was promised someone would be by around noon the next day, we waited and they didn’t show and no one called or messaged; then we were told someone would be by at 6pm the next day, same story. This happened over and over, until they stopped even pretending to try to fix anything. We went the entire time trying to plan and book without wifi, with one functional toilet for 7 people, and with entirely unfulfilled promises made by this company. Additionally, there is no air conditioning in the sense most people would expect. They have two portable fans in closets that you can put ice into for a small amount of cool air, but there was also only one small ice cube tray. Lounge furniture is not comfortable and the place needs a lot of maintenance, I would not book from them again. They are not at all honest about the property, responsive, or reasonable. Avoid!!

• Melanie (5/5): Ok but not top - Location was amazing. Literally across the street from Harrods. Requested a babycot twice, first time at booking, second time via Whatsapp as it wasn’t there upon arrival. Promised I would get it but never actually did. The double beds were very small. I think 140/160cm, which is kind of small to sleep in with 2 adults and a 2 year old. Also rooms are very light. We would sleep with a sleepmask but our todler was half waking every hour from 4AM because of the sunlight in the room both nights.
• Karin (10/5): Extremely comfortable snd spacious flat. The photos dont do it jystice. - This is right opposite Harrods and extremely comfortable. Just walk down the stairs and you are part of the busy life around you. Very quiet when indoors and at night. This will now be my go-to place when staying in London.

• Agne (7/5): Not very bad, but not good too. - the location is really good. it is the best point of this apartment. The apartment are in dire need of repair. The apartment are run down and not worth the price. Everything was saved only by the fact that they are in the center, which was important to us.
