• srok (7/5): Super convenient location, and everything you need. - It had everything I needed. My own space, my own bathroom, a bed, wifi, and even a kitchen. Other people have complained about cleanliness but honestly it's a great location close to the tube, there's a grocer nearby, good food, and a launderer down the street. Sure the pub plays music but who cares? Thank you so much for making my visit easy and enjoyable. The shower could have better water pressure. That's my only real complaint. And that's not really a big deal either. If I were to come back I would definitely rebook.

There isn’t anything exceptional, but it does what it needs very well - It was very cozy, the apartment was big, good location, 20 min downtown by tube and a lot of grocery stores around. The water heating was good. Something that’d make it great would be having a washing machine There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper, there was no soap for the shower, there was a leftover yogurt on the fridge, no towel for the dishes and it is not a necessity, but having basic cooking ingredients like salt, black pepper and oil would be nice. The wall are quite thin so you could hear a lot of steps from other apartments
• Danée (7/5): Accomodatie was goedkoop en daar is het ook naar, voor wat je betaald is het prima. - De locatie is top, bus en overground om de hoek. 20 minuten lopen vanaf st. pancrias. Ook goede restaurantjes in de straat. In de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt. Wi-Fi doet het goed genoeg om op te kunnen werken. Kregen pas een kwartier na de incheck tijd de codes. Ook is het erg gehorig, dit komt niet door de pub beneden, maar vooral de bovenburen met een vroege wekker, heen en weer lopen en luide muziek, met oordopjes prima te doen (wij zijn gelukkig ook niet hele lichte slapers). Let op dat je goed ter been bent, voor de entree al een paar trappen en gekke opstapjes. Om bij het slaap gedeelte te komen moet je een stijle smalle trap op.

• Muhamad Adam (7/5): Neutral - Good value for money. VERY SLOW RESPONSE FROM HOST. This place only have bed for 3 people not 4. Toilet cannot be locked. No smoking but smoke from people in the bar literally reach this room. Asked a question before booking but no response.

• Haydn (7/5): Really handy location not too far from central on the tube. We stayed for an event at Electrowerkz. - Great size, seems bigger in person compared to the pictures. Communication was great from day of booking and self check in. Paid for three guests and only had two towels but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again. Location was perfect

I think the price is appropriatefor the level of - Excellent accessibility - there is metro station and a bus station nearby, as well as several small grocery stores. The area offers plenty of dining options like kebab places, pubs, and other eateries and a café. It's close to the city centre The music from nearby venue is quite loud, especially on the weekends, but unless you're a light sleeper, it shouldn't be a problem.
• Deeksha (10/5): Totally worth it!!! - Loved the style and the hospitality. Perfect for a group or Individual stay. Very helpful and polite staff. Totally safe and secure to live in while having the comfort abd luxury of a quirky British style stay. Would surely recommend and definitely visit again soon.
• Rei (5/5): Passable - Good location and more amenities than expected (iron, hairdryer. cooking equipment). Noise downstairs isn't that loud The bathroom was not very clean and there were bedbugs in the upper bed area, sometimes the main light wouldn't turn on

• Jl (1/5): AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This property is horrendous! - There was absolutely nothing to like about this property it was a complete shambles! We booked the property last minute after my brother in law was flown to London for emergency surgery, upon entry the place was extremely small compared to pictures, the fire alarm was dying to which the owner replied ‘if you can fix it yourselves that would be more convenient for me, it was filthy, there were dead flies on the kitchen side and bathroom, moths fly around the room, the shower was either ice cold or scolding hot, the sink smelt rotten and wouldn’t drain, the sheets were dirty and stained! I have never stayed in a property so disgusting, so much so I messaged and call the owner to offer to cover the first night and return our funds for the next 3 nights as we weren’t staying in the property, to which he replied ‘cancel through booking.com and I will transfer you the money bank send me your bank details’ absolutely awful service! We now payed £335 for a filthy property we spent 1 night in and If I could post videos of the state of this property I would! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
