• JUAN ANTONIO (4/5): Piso muy bien ubicado pero super viejo y caro para lo que es - La ubicación en pleno corazón de El Rincón La relación calidad-precio no está para nada ajustada, es demasiado caro para lo viejo que está el piso. Solo tiene aire acondicionado en el salón, en la habitación un ventilador que con el ruido que hace no se puede dormir. Al estar en plena calle del bullicio y tener las ventanas de los años 80, el piso es super ruidoso. Para poder pedir ese precio por noche le haría falta una buena reforma.

• Sílvia (7/5): - En calidad precio está bien es acogedor y está súper bien ubicado El baño tiene una ducha muy pequeña y se moja mucho todo el suelo con la mínima, las sartenes estaban manchadas de estar mal limpiadas y las fotos no son como el apartamento falta información como que apenas hay papel (solo había uno sucio), nada de sal ni nada tampoco nada en el baño… no indica que por ejemplo haya plancha lavadora secador…. El último día nos quedaban 20’ para salir y nos abrieron la puerta sin llamar
• María del mar (5/5): - Estaba cerca de la playa No se estaba muy limpio y es muy antiguo el aire se apaga solo constantemente la plancha echaba agua por todos lados la ducha se salía el agua por todos lados y tenías k que estar secando agua por todos lados llegaba a la habitación y nada más llegar cucarachas
• Barbara (5/5): - David the host was great, met us at the apartment with the keys. The shower leaks onto the floor. Aircon in the living room only, none in the bedroom or kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom but it is not sufficient for summertime and it is very difficult to sleep. No fault of the host but the apartment is very noisy at night time, this is purely down to it's location on the main road. On the plus side the apartment is right beside the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

• Olgierd (5/5): Rather for sleeping. - The manager it's a nice guy. Very halpful. The location 3 min from the see. Some tavernas and cafeterias just below the apartament. Very comfortable bed. On the other side apartament is at the main cross road and Domino Pizza. Till 23:00 crazy pizza motos disterbing your stay. Location of the appartament is at north side - whole day no sunshine. No kattle, no coffee machine - rather difficult to make any meal. No wifi, only Spanish channel on TV.
• Gillian (8/5): Loved the location! - This apartment suited us well for our 2 night visit. We appreciated the new fridge-freezer, bedding & towels. Our host David provided any items that we asked for and this enhanced our stay. The apartment is located for easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops. We very much enjoyed Rincón as a holiday destination with its local vibe. It would benefit from some maintenance & modernisation.
