• Andrew (9/5): great stay will book again - How close the property was to the underground, there was plenty of shops nearby to get shopping as well. some of the hinges on the bathroom door was loose & there was a drainage problem with the shower (slowly draining).
• Ojcar (7/5): Buen anfitrión - La ubicación es buena, está cerca de la estación de Meryland y no muy lejos de Stratford. El apartamento estaba bien. Dos habitaciones y un sofá cama. Para una familia de 5 está bien. Además tiene un patio agradable que no pudimos usar por que hacía frío. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de la puerta y vinieron a intentar arreglarlo. Además muy amablemente nos dejo entrar antes de tiempo al apartamento. Sin duda el anfitrión fue lo mejor a pesar de que no lo conocimos, pero respondía siempre. Podía estar más limpio. La cerradura no se cerraba bien y eso provoco una cierta sensación de inseguridad ya que al estar fuera de tu ciudad no sabes lo que puede llegar a pasar.

• Rebecca (9/5): Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay – we’d happily return! - We had a lovely stay at the Chic Garden Flat. It’s in a great area and made a really good base for accessing Westfield, although it’s a bit more out of the way from central London. Forest Gate is just up the road with plenty of shops, pubs, and bars nearby, which was really handy. The flat itself was warm, cosy, and well decorated – it felt very homely. It was perfect for our ABBA family stay and was really well equipped with everything we needed. As expected with it being a flat, it was a little noisy from the road and we could hear footsteps from above, but nothing unexpected or unmanageable. Communication with the host was great throughout, and we managed to get the TV working easily. We also picked up coffee pods for the machine from Morrisons, which was a nice little bonus.
• Piotr (10/5): - Bardzo dobre miejsce do wypadów do miasta, 3 minuty do stacji Elizabeth line, która jedzie do centrum. Możliwość własnego gotowania- kuchenka indukcyjna, duża lodówka. W mieszkaniu jest pralka i suszarka oraz zmywarka. Niedaleko było również do Carrefour express

• Maria (10/5): Perfect accomodation at East London - The property is absolutely fabulous Very cozy, clean and warm The kitchen can cover every need for cooking The bedrooms so nice abd warm Hot water every time of the day The area is perfect Maryland tube station 2' walking distance a lot of mini markets,many of them staying open 24/7 and a lot of choices for food We couldn't ask nothing better and for sure wil be our choice for the next time

• ERIC13000 (8/5): Great spot next to East London station. - The space was clean and the beds comfortable and the bedding was quite nice. The kitchen had all needed equipment. It felt safe, and the garden was a nice touch, with a lovely neighbor cat welcoming us. The bathroom was clean and functional. The shower did have nice water pressure, but was extremely small.

• Vera Stratievsky (10/5): Very good accomodation, we'll definitely be back! - The location is very convenient, just a few steps from the underground station, and a lot of must-sees in London are reachable within half an hour. BTW, Elizabeth line is the only line that was not affected by the strike, so we were lucky. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. There are everything you need in the apartment. Even supply for the dishwasher and for the washing machine. Everything in perfect condition. The host Istvan is very nice and responsive, available all the time. Really nothing.

• Patricia (9/5): Apartamento buen ubicado y equipado - Equipado, muy nuevo, bien comunicado (al ladito de la estación) y limpio. El personal genial, comunicativo y hospitalario. La habitación que da a la calle es algo ruidosa.

• Radovan (9/5): - Velmi dobře vybavený apartmán včetně dobře vybavené kuchyně. Čistý, útulný. Kousek od stanice metra a nedaleko i přímý autobus na letiště. Trochu hlučnější místo. Hned před domem je chodník, silnice i vlak. Šlo dost slyšet i sousedy nad námi. Týkalo se to pokoje k cestě, zbytek byl v pohodě. Nicméně nebylo to nijak hrozné.

• Saaba (10/5): Brilliant location and brilliant place to book with all facilities and very clean - Everything you needed was present and more than other properties that I have used in the past. So this property and the way they have done it was brilliant. There were few issues in the property but the agent brilliant got it sorted straight away.

Comfortable beds Bathroom is slightly small. Bedrooms could probably do with blackout blinds as you do get light coming in and some traffic noise from outside making it hard to sleep
• Francesca (4/5): Mediocre as spent a lot to stay - Was central to amenities The WiFi did not work and no tv worked without WiFi. The neighbours above were noisy from night and loud raised voices and slamming doors . No sound proofing so felt like they were going to come through ceiling banging around the raised voices kept us awake and scared my autistic child . No one slept due to the noise. It needs to be sound proofed .
• Katalin (9/5): I would definitely recommend it. - The accommodation is very easy to reach, it's really just a few minutes from the metro station. The neighborhood is lively, diverse, and safe. The apartment is clean, very welcoming and comfortable for four people. The bottled water, toiletries, and basic cooking essentials provided were a thoughtful touch. It was a great place for getting to the ABBA concert and also for reaching the city center. It was surprising how much noise we could hear from the neighbors above, even though they were just going about their normal daily activities.
• Sharon (8/5): Lovely flat, great location, very comfortable and clean - Everything was as described. Brilliant location for Abba Voyage! Lovely flat with everything needed. Very comfortable and warm. Neighbours upstairs were very noisy from 6am so no way you could sleep so we just got up in the end!
• Bev (9/5): Nice clean property, as described, would stay again - Generally well equipped, nice little touches like sanitary products on the bathroom. Nice little garden, bedrooms were a good size, would use again. Couldn’t connect to the WiFi, I did message for help but without knowing the network etc. it wasn’t possible. This wasn’t a major issue, it would be good to have the network name and password written somewhere in the property. Could do with a couple of baking trays for the oven, only 1 baking pan to use.

• Jey (8/5): Very good - Lovely apartment with comfortable beds. Had all the necessary amenities with access to tube station and shops was just a stone throw. The bathroom drainage wasn't working properly. Couldn't have a nice bath as water kept covering my feets. The front door also has an opening under that needs to be sealed as it made the house cold at night.
• Pokawa-tucker (10/5): Good holiday home and - Nice location, easy access to train station and bus stop at the front of the house. Clean house . Good communication. Good for family also. I will recommend it to family 100%. It Winter and heating in the house was great. The only thing I will recommend is to have dust pan and brush. As a mom with young kids every time I wanted to clean their mess their was no dust pan. I didn't want to be using vacuum all the time.
