A praia fica um pouco distante para levar cadeiras e acessórios de praia, se for a pé. A casa é boa arejada e bem ampla, possui utensílios em quantidade adequada. A piscina não chegamos a usar mas estava limpa e pronta. Poderia melhorar os utensílios pois estão um pouco desgastados pelo uso, mas não comprometem. Quanto à limpeza, os armários apresentam um cheiro (desagradável) característico de móveis que ficam muito tempo fechados.
