- Tara (8/5): Beautiful central location for those not afraid of heights! - Great walkable location with excellent (very high!) views of the city, especially at sunrise and sunset. We all agreed that the beds were comfortable. There are blackout curtains in the bedrooms and as long as the windows are shut tightly, it's pretty quiet at night (we had them open a crack the first night and none of us slept due to the howling wind and creaking sounds - we assume all high rise buildings are like this though). The gym facilities were very good and had great views. The kitchen is well equipped for basic food prep and drinks with some decent tea and a long life milk box to get you going. Overall this property was great value and I would recommend. Inadequate toiletries and soap: The property said it includes shampoo/ conditioner/soap, but there was only one small hotel sample of each per room (2 people staying for 3 nights). Also, we found a bottle of dishwashing soap in the shower, so we suspect a previous guest had used it since there was inadequate/poor quality soap. We also barely had enough toilet paper and there was only a small amount of dishwasher powder.
Check in confusion: Another issue is that it was difficult to find the parking garage. The address on the gate to the carpark doesn't match the property address which we found confusing. Some photos may be helpful. Also, we never received the key nest code, and it took quite some time to get a response from the owner. We couldn't get into the building at this time and our car was idling in a 15 minute spot which we had to leave twice and drive around the block whilst waiting on the owner. I think it would be better if we received the code a bit more in advance to avoid this issue.
Building issues: These items are not the fault of the owner, but only 1 of 3 lifts were working and we frequently had long waits to enter or exit the building. Also, the spa was under construction and the ad was not updated (perhaps the owner was not aware) - we had chosen this property based on the spa, so for us it was a bummer.

En-suite bedroom mattress very soft. Pillows were very thin. Didn’t sleep well due to the mattress. The exceptional view kept me distracted from my discomfort

- Sarah (7/5): Quality location for a visit to Melbourne, everything at your doorstep and amazing views - Awesome views and the location was fantastic with trams right outside your door, and great places to eat. Missing basic kitchen essentials especially if you stay a week. Like extra bin bags, washing up liquid, tea towels. The pool in the building was a bit cold and the spa quite grubby.

You couldn't exit the carpark with out the keys which means after you left, we had to try park and go back up to leave the key for collecting. Just a slight inconvenience, which would have been tricky if I was solo or couldn't get a car spot.
- Kara (9/5): Very comfortable, fabulous view, great location. This is the forth stay in this building and second in the same apartmen - Location, view, comfortable.
- David (6/5): Nice view, but looks aren't everything. - The apartment has an incredible view of Melbourne and the Dandenong Ranges beyond. Whilst there are limited quality restaurants in the near vicinity, fast-food restaurants surround the building. If public transport is required, trams and trains are just outside. Whilst Keyninja (who didn't speak a word of English) provided keys to the parking garage and apartment, you cannot park without first getting the keys, and finding street parking on busy Collins Street in order to get the keys in the first place, is a task in itself. The keys must then be left in the apartment upon leaving, which means again finding street parking as the garage cannot be accessed and the car cannot be removed from the parking lot without the garage remote. During our stay, two of the three lifts in the building were not functioning. At times, we could wait up to ten minutes in the foyer or on our level with large groups of people, for a lift that could fit the three of us. Unfortunately, once we gained access to the garage, our designated parking spot was occupied. Whilst the host eventually contacted building management and apparently had the offending car removed, the car was again parked in our space two days later. We were again told that the car had been towed, only to find the same car parked two spots away. The cleaners could also certainly do a better job of cleaning the apartment; carpets are stained throughout the apartment, door frames and bedside tables are covered in dust and the shower floors are caked in soap and conditioner making them extremely slippery. It would also be nice at this price-point, to be provided with more than half an open/used sachet (20g) of washing powder, and one dishwasher tablet for a five-night stay. Given that all supermarkets were closed the day after our arrival (Good Friday) having these items would have been helpful. Whilst the apartment description states that it is air-conditioned, the owner asks you not to leave the air-conditioner running whilst you are out. Unfortunately, the ai-conditioner only cools/heats one room.
- Ginette (9/5): Good spot for Melbourne - I liked the apartment it was clean and functional. It was comfortable and convient! Space was very good. The elevator, at times only one had long waits. Also air conditioning is only in the commons space ( living room and kitchen). Bedrooms became quite hot.
- Irene (7/5): Ensure it’s not a windy night. - Location, clean and tidy. Spacious and great view. Only 1 lift was working. It was a bit windy in the evening and the both bedrooms ceilings creaked and wind was like you were sleeping next to an aeroplane wanting to take off all night.

- Mark (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - The view is exceptional. Location is very convenient. Beds are very comfortable. Shower is great. Apartment has plenty of room and is well equipped. Fantastic property all round! Nothing really. A couple of very minor things left over from the builder I suspect were the air con not being ducted to the bedrooms/bathrooms hence you need to leave the doors open, and a silly cupboard above the bathroom sink that you bump your head on every time you lean over the sink.

- Ron (9/5): Vue de Monde without the food - Amazing view from the 61st floor of one of Melbourne's tallest buildings. Modern, very well-appointed apartment with some nice touches such as a capsule coffee machine. Seamless key pickup despite lack of any reception. Car park provided. While car parking is a huge bonus arrival/departure can be a bit tricky coordinating key and bag pickup and drop-off in the middle of a busy city.

- Amy (10/5): Location was perfect and the view - incredible ! - The location of this property was perfect! A short walk to the Southern Cross Station (Skybus / Trains) This also had Woolworths Metro, Hungry Jacks and DANIELS DONUTS inside.
The tram stop was just outside the property so getting around was so easy.
We absolutely loved the apartment - the size was generous; the view was incredible and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect.
Full crockery and cutlery. Lots of linens, shampoos etc and even some milk for the coffee.
Communication from Ian was excellent and communication and punctuality from Key Ninja was great.
If we visited Melbourne again we would certainly be looking to stay again. It is hard to find anything but maybe a tv in the bedroom would have been good but did not detract from the stay at all.

- Mohile (9/5): Amazing CBD views and close to everything. - Location is really convenient and close to public transport and views from the unit was amazing Yesterday night through morning we were hearing lot of creaking noise from the apartment ceiling throughout the house , I am assuming this has to do with the extreme windy weather outside somehow affecting natural elements of construction , anyways that woke me and my wife up from 5am in the morning and we couldn't sleep properly , (first 2 days we didn't experienced this noises ) I am not sure if this is something fixed ,but a note to owners this can affect your ratings as to some sleep and comfort is very important .
