• Colin (9/5): Superb - Superb customer service when I needed to adjust arrival time at the last minute, great communications throughout. Apartment exactly as described, lovely old building, and the 103 steps on the staircase helped to burn off some of the excess food and drink from excellent nearby restaurants and bars! Kitchen wasn't well equipped with cooking utensils, there was nothing to use in the oven. No microwave, either.
• Natalia (3/5): Poor - I stayed for one night in December. The apartment description stated it offered 2 separate sleeping spaces - a bed and a sofa bed. Since we weren't traveling as a couple, after making the reservation, I requested that both sleeping spaces be made up for our arrival. I was then informed that the sofa wasn't suitable for sleeping because it was too small, and additionally, if I wanted it made up, I would have to pay an extra 30 euros - though there was no such information provided before. As a result, I requested either a free cancellation or removal of the additional fee, since the listing had misled me. This request was not fulfilled. Consequently, I paid the 30 euros and received assurance that the sofa would be made up. I lost my patience when upon entering the apartment, I discovered the sofa hadn't been made up despite the payment! The staff forgot about it despite receiving payment. Moreover, almost 2 months have passed, and I haven't received a refund! I was deceived. I don't understand now what I was supposed to pay for, since all I had to do was take a duvet and pillow from the made-up bed and move it to the sofa myself. Communication with staff member Sophie is very difficult; I feel she either doesn't read my messages or doesn't understand English well. I feel cheated. Besides that, the apartment itself was okay, but the listing is misleading.
• Caroline (9/5): Superb - Grand apartment in great location close to attractions and local cafes, restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommend. Nothing. Maybe a cutting board in the kitchen for carving bread or chopping vegetables; and a dish towel.
