- Gerhard (8/5): - Das Zimmer war gut. Das Bettlaken war zwar schmutzig, wurde jedoch sofort gewechselt, und es wurde sich mehrfach dafür entschuldigt. Der Gastgeber war stets höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Massage war ebenfalls sehr gut.
- Chad (10/5): - A very comfortable 3 night stay and great value for money. The hotel is perfectly located amongst coffee shops, restaurants, markets and more. Rooms are clean, AC is great and the shower was the best I’ve had since being in Vietnam. The family that run the hotel are lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend and will stay again.

- Allison (7/5): Rethink your stay here—artificially high score. - The room looks like the pictures. It was clean. The AC was very bad. Also the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. I wasn’t going to leave a review as I don’t like to negatively affect a business if I’m not going to leave a perfect score. However, the woman at the front grabbed my phone out of my hand and started leaving herself a 10 star review. Suddenly the high score (the reason that we booked here) made sense.

- Tom (10/5): Great value - We got a free upgrade which was super nice of them. The rooms are very comfortable, quite, clean and spacious. The room felt super modern and fresh. The AC was powerful and the TV works great. Had a kettle and with tea and coffee. Lovely shower with hot water and good pressure. The staff were really friendly and they allowed us to leave out bags with them on checkout before out flight later that day. They help with taxis if needs be and overall cane across very helpful and professional. There is a lift to get to the rooms. The location os brilliant too.

They are also very generous and let us leaves our bags multiple times and extend our stay last minute. They also have a spa facility to get your nails done which was handy. There’s a perfect little desk–vanity combo that makes it easy to work and get ready in comfort. Housekeeping brings fresh towels and bottled water every day, and the room even has a mini-fridge. On top of that, the location is central, so you can reach everything quickly. Spacious, luminous, and perfectly equipped—highly recommended.

The balcony is a big win! They don't have security for the bikes so if you're parking overnight they won't take responsibility for the loss. If you plan to park overnight, the parking slot at Cho Hang Da is available around 200m away

The staff were always kind, I even requested a lamp for my room and they brought one for me to use freely. They cleaned my room and changed the towels every day. Perfect 👍

Harley on reception was exceptional and so helpful with food recommendations and booked all our tours for us with a discount. They also gave us a free upgrade. The room was so clean and spacious and we were given free water daily. Would 100% recommend! Nothing everything and everyone was super helpful and pleasant.

- Shudip (1/5): I dont refer to others for booking thia property. - Even though the hotel booking is confirmed, the hotel sends a message saying that the room could not be provided at the last minute. This is not good for any visitor. The entire itinerary is finalized, so it is a big problem if the room is not provided. Although the hotel had arranged a room in another hotel, the room was not that good and suitable.
